The Extreme views of a Political Party and a major Global Corporation has allowed opportunists to

get in the European Union.

We have seen the complaints of UKIP getting in as well as the National Front in France.

Let’s talk about Labour and Positive Discrimination. Positive Discrimination came from one of the
highest women in Labour, Harriet Harman. Positive Discrimination undermines the Equality Act. It’s
one of the nastiest statements made, it’s one of the laziest statements made by a Political Party
especially a women. Literally anyone could have interpreted Positive Discrimination. We look at the
force beyond it and it’s highly discriminative against all. The spectrum of discrimination from Positive
Discrimination is far and wide and across all people and boundaries’.

You may have seen the issues and problems with Birmingham City Council over UN equal pay and a
court decision to give equal and back pay to a number of women. When Harriet Harman came out
with Positive Discrimination we had The Equality Act both of 2006 and 2010. Two major
opportunities when Labour was in power to do a general sweep of the UK to check that everyone in
Government and contracts were on equal pay. Two major opportunities. This was never done. If
they had done this the issues and problems with Birmingham City Council would have been flagged
immediately and I would suggest sorted immediately. The court case that prevailed from all of this
would never have happened. Serious questions have been asked who was dictating to whom. Was
the Labour Council dictating to the solicitor or was the solicitor dictating to the Labour Council. An
in-depth investigation will be done over this. Any credible solicitor right from the start would know
of The Equal Pay Act of 1970. This has been here if you’re no good at maths for 44 years. The
solicitor should have advised you will not win in any court pay up and make sure that all people are
now on equal pay. Any cost should be minimal if Labour Council were dictating as the solicitor really
was only been used as course and for admin purposes only. The cost to this is ridiculous and should
never of got to where it got to which was the last court in the land.

That’s a major Government Political Party allowing this to go on and really the current Government
has allowed this to go on again. In 44 years all Governments and people holding council have failed.
One has to ask what were and are security doing and clearly Human Resource need to be held
accountable period.

Moving on to a Corporation. France Telecom’s. In 2006 France Telecom’s decided to have a major
restructure across France and its other bodies in the UK. FT created the Next Programme. A
programme of harassment and undermining staff so that they would leave and not cost FT any
money to pay off for redundancy. They trained many management staff up in France and the UK
anybody not going along with it or opposing it were subject to belittlement and harassment
themselves. Applying totally illogical practice against many staff just so that they would leave. There
are no figures for the UK at the moment but the figures for France show that some 5000 employees
who didn’t have any mental health or family mental health issues started with all types of psychosis
since this programme begun. From 2013 there were 60 suicides. Please read the full exert for the
Next Programme after this. There is also a YouTube Video to go with it. So you have Labour with the
Positive Discrimination and a European Global Corporation with the Next Programme.

Opportunists listen and learn from such practices. People adopt a same or similar practice to what
they see. If this is allowed even after investigation has been presented then fringe people and

ART
groups take advantage of this type of behaviour because it becomes the norm in the General Public.
It’s not accepted but when nothing is done to protect the General Public from such extremism
others will partake in such action. People and parties don’t see there being extreme and forget or
don’t see or worried of repercussion because of what they are doing if they do fight real extremism
from very fringe people and parties.

After its privatisation and the buyout of the British company Orange, the French corporation France
Télécom Orange has appeared often in the media because of a striking wave of suicides among its
employees. Dozens of employees of this company have committed suicide since 2008 (and
counting). This includes a tragic self-immolation in April 2011.

Some have blamed the plan NeXT, started in 2006, which contemplated 22,000 job cuts during a
period of 3 years. Provided that an official labour force adjustment plan could potentially be
expensive for the company, the corporate strategists devised a programme aimed at making people
willing to leave. In the frame of this plan, managers were offered bonuses which were proportional
to the number of employees they were able to get rid of. In addition, they also received training on
psychological manipulation techniques.

The result was a case of massive organised harassment and psychological abuse at the workplace. As
a direct consequence of such a plan, and, in addition to the dozens of suicides and suicide attempts,
it is estimated that thousands of employees and former employees of France Télécom Orange are
receiving psychological or psychiatric advice. Most of them are also being medicated with
antidepressants.

HARASSMENT IN THE CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT

The fact is that the manipulation strategies and techniques used by France Télécom Orange are far
from being exceptional and, to a larger or lesser extent, have become pretty much the standard way
of managing human resources in many corporations (and even, increasingly, in public agencies).

This video shows some of the techniques more commonly employed: systematic harsh interviews,

ART
absurd recriminations, setting unattainable tasks, social and/or physical isolation and ostracisation,
transfer to a different city, assignment of degrading tasks, assignment of no project or of too many
projects, having people travelling continuously from one company site to another for no good
reason, inducing guilt feelings, etc.

The objectives are usually either forcing people to leave (but by forcing them to "choose" leaving) or
exhausting them to make them accept terms that they would not accept in normal conditions.

Targets for harassment may become as well those managers who refuse to implement these
psychological torture programmes.
