Agreement terms for Apartment Sweden AB apartments.

Moving in
Moving into the apartment can take place from 5.00pm, unless otherwise agreed.
Moving out
The apartment must be vacated by 11am at the latest on the day of departure.
Any delay in vacating will be charged at 500 !"#hour. The dishes shall be washed and food
and garbage must be removed from the apartment. If this is not done an additional cleaning
fee of 1500 SEK + !T will be charge.

Return of keys.
The keys must be returned according to the instructions in the arrival confirmation.
$ost keys are charged 1000 !" and an additional fee of 100 !" per key.
$ost parkingpermits will be charged 500 !".
$ost accesscards to the underground carpark will be charged at 1000 !".
The Rent
The $andlord has the right to raise the rent with a ma%imum of & ' in case a contract has
been made and rental period has e%ceeded 1( month. The rent is payable in advance
without prior demand, unless otherwise agreed in a separate agreement. )n case of delayed
payment a legal reminding fee will be debited. Apartment Sweden AB does not accept
cash payment or cash card.
Accommodation and Leasing
The subtenant has no right to sub*lease the apartment.
The Tenant has the right to change the occupier, but this must be duly informed to Apartment
weden A+.
Insurance
The subtenant needs to have an insurance that cover personal belongings.
The $andlord is not responsible for the occupier,s personal belongings.
TV License
T- $icense is included for temporary living.
T- $icense is ./T included if the person living in the apartment is registered on the address.

0ancellations can be made 10 days prior to arrival there after the reservation is otherwise
binding. )f the rental period turn out to be shorter than ordered, the notice is 1 month.

The tenant shall ta"e good care of the rented apartment. Should damage occur# nor tenant is
responsible for this and ma$ be charged# unless he can show % prove that he neither
someone he was responsible for caused the damage. Tenant agrees to respect the rules that
the landlord has to compl$ with in relation to the propert$ owner. The apartment must be "ept
smo"e & pet'free# unless otherwise agreed in a separate agreement. The notice period is
counted in full calendar months. The tenant has signed a rental lease with !partment

customer.s consent when this is necessar$. !partment Sweden !( sends an email to the
available e'mail address prior to entering as to inform the tenant in order. /e alwa$s "noc"
