The limited human resource development and effective use of resources.

With the passage of

time , showed the evolution of discoveries alone in the world in which we live and prosper has
never been resources. We were only able to understand the resources and do not have the
knowledge on how to use them effectively. We have seen in the past that they consume resources
and expenditure , especially in the fulfillment of our desires rather than needs. If there is an
equation or the world will be much better today. I had the resources to focus instead
socialization. Was the creation of monopolies and blackmail the world in the form of preferential
trading rights in force.
Wars and conflicts is organized and put the country in a state of chaos just to capture resources.
Since the days of the past when humans are " raw materials " that were arrested, mainly for use
in agriculture , mining and commerce, to capture the natural resources. Everything is available in
the pages of world history where you can certainly find .
Then began the era of the modern era when he became the consciousness and awareness has also
evolved better rules. The situation is different . The theory of the competitive advantage of
owning the stock of a person or a nation or a country through trade and investment. Operators
find different mechanisms.
The age in which we live today has other dynamics that control the entire world through different
mechanisms, the following thesis:
- Economy
- Finance
- Trade
- Investment
- Political Geography
- Communications and Media
Each mechanism used to exploit WAS poor. Let's see what our immediate history: companies of
India in 1600, founded the British East India Company to the Royal Charter. The East India
Company, which was based not only on trade with the eastern part of the world and there were a
few other companies as well:
- 1600: British East India Company
- 1602: Dutch East India Company
- 1616: The Danish East India Company
- 1628: Portuguese East India Company
- 1664: British East India Company East
- 1731 the Swedish East India Company
What is the impact of these companies on the Indian subcontinent : from the date of the Indian
subcontinent 1
- 1600 : The British East India Company (no direct contribution to the British Crown, and
indirect control only)
- 1613-1614 : British East India Company trading last place in Surat .
- 1615-1618 : The Mongols gave Britain the right to set up factories and trading of marine
protected instead of the Mughal Empire in English from Portuguese navy .
- 1,764 : British defeat the weak Mughal Emperor to become rulers of Bengal , richest province

- 1,809 : Strike a deal with the British Ranjit Singh exclusive zone of influence.
- 1,843 : British colonialism in the region of Sindh ( now Pakistan ) .
Now let's see what they do in other parts of the world : China
From the history of China
- 1,685 : Kang became the first emperor to open limited trading with foreigners , which started
with the Canton territory . Also imposes strict conditions for trade such as requiring foreign
traders to live in restricted areas, staying only in commercial seasons , banning firearms, and
trading with silver only.
- 1,699 : Foot of the British East India Company in the first project of North China in 1699, and
the region's trade with British merchants developed rapidly soon after.
- 1,711 : The Company established the first commercial celebration in Canton .
- By 1773 : British reached a landmark 1,000 chests of opium in Canton with China
- By 1799 : consumption reached 2,000 chests annually.
- 1,839 : The refusal by Qing Dynasty authorities to import opium resulted in the First Opium
War between China and Britain in 1839-1842 .
- 1,841 : the British occupied Hong Kong Island on January 20, 1841 .
- 1,842 : In the August 29, 1842 has officially left the island permanently to the United Kingdom
under the Treaty of Nanjing . The British established a crown colony with the establishment of
the city of Victoria in the next year .
- 1856-1860 : signed during the Second Opium War in 1856 and 1860 beating China again .
- 1,898 : "The agreement to extend the territory of Hong Kong , also known as the Second
Convention of Beijing on July 1, 1898 , which also includes New Kowloon , gave Britain a 99-
year lease , which expires on June 30, 1997 .
Hong Kong after the British occupation of Hong Kong to be the " hub " of all illegal actions at
the global level and the " black market " for many of the " product ." These include :
- Drugs
- Weapons
- Money Laundering
- Smuggling prohibited goods
Accident
--1,773 : The British East India Company monopoly on the production and sale of opium in
Bengal
- By 1773 : the British reached a landmark 1,000 chests of opium in Canton with China
- By 1799 : reached 2,000 chests annually
This means that the East India Company opium produced in Bengal and sold in China . And do
you remember what the product is the most famous in Afghanistan? Is opium . Now you can
understand very well what they are doing in Afghanistan .
From the date of the Indian subcontinent has been the Indian subcontinent -2 in the era of the
East India Company to the first revolution in 1857 the Indian ( Sepoy Rebellion in 1857 to the
British ) .
--1,857 : Crown signed during the British East India Company and three army .

Hong Kong delivery
--1,984 : December 19, 1984 in the signing of the Declaration of the Government of the People's
Republic of China and Britain. The Declaration states that China has decided to resume the
implementation of sovereignty over Hong Kong ( including Hong Islands Kong , Kowloon and
the new land ) as of July 1, 1997 , the Government of the United Kingdom declares that it will
restore Hong Kong to the PRC into effect July 1, 1997 .
Handed over Hong Kong to China more than : 1997 - .
Lessons from the date the account on the history of the Indian subcontinent and China concluded
that everything that happens in the two main parts of the world begins with a few small steps , or
you can contact the foreign direct investment to the trade by the British East India Company :
1 . Preparation and function in Surat in 1613 to 1614 and
2 . Preparation and trade center in Canton in 1711 .
Foreign direct investment and we are now able to easily understand what the three modes of
spread of foreign direct investment can be done for us.
- Horizontal FDI
- Foreign direct investment vertical
- FDI Platform
Horizontal FDI and using this type of investment as investors put the investment in such a way to
sell its products in the host country :
A. Products manufactured by it in any other country , or
B. Prior to the manufacture of products using raw materials produced in any other country . The
pricing of exchange used price / shade to maximize profits in the country and shows slight profit
in the host country .We find that most multinational companies operating in the subcontinent,
especially Pakistan do this practice. In the short term it seems :
A. Expanding the industrial or commercial base
B. Contributing to the treasury
C. Provide employment opportunities
D. Improving corporate culture , etc.But in the medium and long they take money from the
economy of the host country.
Foreign direct investment VERTICAL types of foreign investment is partly good and partly bad .
The focus of this part of the performance of value-added activities in the host country. This
means that some of the items that will be released in several other countries with raw materials
produced in countries that either one or the other , and the performance of a number of value-
added activities in the host country. If value-added products are exported to several other
countries , it contributes positively and if the value-added products that are sold in the local
market is no different than that of horizontal FDI .Foreign direct investment platform of this type
of foreign investment is good for the country as the only country that uses as a platform for re-
export. The products produced elsewhere, and exported to other countries. Type of investment
provides a number of benefits such as :
A. Pay for the use of infrastructure
B. Provide employment opportunities
C. Contributing to a little treasury
D. Establish business activities
Singapore and Dubai are good examples in the region.
Where are we in foreign direct investment ? Pakistani position in terms of foreign direct
investment among ASEAN countries in terms of value are shown in Table 1 :

We can see that foreign direct investment rose after the government controlled by President
Musharraf when he Shaukat Aziz , Minister of Finance and foreign direct investment has
increased over the period of Shaukat Aziz as Prime Minister in August 2004 to November 2007
is interesting to note the following . :
A. " In 2002 , Aziz working with the administration to help advise the United States to finance
the war in Afghanistan . "
B. " In April 2002 , chaired the meeting on behalf of Aziz history of Pakistan and the United
States , helping members to understand how the G7 useful information illegally transferred funds
and share with the finance ministers of the G7 members and Pakistan on the other side . "
It is interesting to note that Shaukat Aziz is a consultant for the U.S. administration to finance the
war in Afghanistan and , second , in a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz and other
members of the G7 on one side and Pakistan on the other side .
War on terror , war on terrorism around the world has also changed the perspective of investment
and foreign direct investment. Of special interest recently changed the geopolitical situation in
many countries , particularly Arab countries in the Middle East . Arab Spring and the children
originated somewhere abroad.
Investor awareness multinational companies have plans for a big game in the end because they
are the heirs of the events happening around us . Thus, the flow of investment , according to the
great political game plan and geopolitics.
I do not see the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank to get out of this plan. In my
opinion , and investors and providers of funds of these institutions are no different from investors
for foreign direct investment. They are one and the same thing . Protect their interests in one
form or another.
Do you remember George Soros and the East Asian currency crisis in 1997 ?
Challenges and opportunities of all kinds , and all the vast resources of Pakistan are not in any
place in the world economic landscape . Can be one of the highest in the developed world. Has
become a strategic advantage strategic weakness . Harbor, beaches and natural resources , and
geographic location , everything else can benefit , and it has turned into a weakness .
Our ability to grow , to grow in scale and speed not seen anywhere in the world, but for this we
need to change our model . We need to look at a larger scale where we can absorb a lot of small
vibration and shock. We need to rethink , think of the national interest. Re many things. Our
policy . Reviewing our own perspective and our own special look . Redefine ourselves and our
own image .
We are blessed with all the resources in the world. People, and their minds. Earth and
landscaping. Everything in and on the ground . All at the bottom of the sea and into the sea and
air. All gave us a good opportunity to take advantage of the ever economically and socially .
There is huge potential for investment in every aspect of our lives , it may be the development of
infrastructure , housing , energy , health care , education, manufacturing , mining , or farming .
Or anything else . Our development can benefit not only our own , and Pakistan , but can also
provide support for the development of certain other parts of the region, particularly neighboring
countries . God bless Pakistan .
