Dear Partner,
We have been traveling a lot this fall presenting our ministry and have a lot to share with you!
Truly the Lord has been faithful to His calling in our lives! These are special times for us. This month
Debora will be celebrating her 27th birthday on November 15th and we will be celebrating our 2 year an-
niversary December 8th! Please continue to pray for us as we follow the Lord’ s call in our lives.

What to be when you grow up?

This fall we took a trip out to Ohio to share our ministry.
We thank the Lord that so many people are praying for us. We Ian in his
especially appreciate a 9-year-old prayer warrior named Ian. Ian class as we
is from Ohio and we met him this past summer. shared about
Argentina.
Prior to our trip, Ian asked his elementary school teacher
if we could come talk with his whole class about being missionar-
ies in Argentina. We are thankful for the opportunity to share with
the students about the Argentine culture and what it is like to be a
missionary there.
Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by Ian’s mom and
were introduced to the teaching staff. When we finally made it toDebby and
the classroom, our buddy Ian was waving at us from the other me sharing to
side. He welcomed us and introduced us to his teacher. We met Ian’s class
his classmates as well, and they showed us around the class- and teaching
room. I was surprised that they had a digital blackboard! It madethem some

were in missions. Many of the students even told us they want to
be missionaries when they grow up!

Road Trip
Did you ever wonder what missionaries do when they
travel? This fall I finally got off my crutches and we could not
wait to get out to share about our ministry. So we hit the open
road and went from Schroon Lake to NJ, DE, PA, OH, North-
west NY and back to Schroon Lake, NY!
While we visited churches and our friends, we were
tremendously blessed by their hospitality and love for the
Lord. We were so thankful to see how the Lord provided fami-
lies to visit and for the friendships we made on our way.
Everywhere we went, the Lord lead us to meet differ-
ent people with a passion for the Lord’s work. Pray that we
will have new opportunities to share about our ministry
in the months to come!
Salvation Decision!
While visiting our friend Cindy in NY, she shared on Face-
book that she was inviting some missionaries over for the week-
end. Her friends were curious and set up a time to have coffee
together with us at Cindy’s house one day.
Cindy introduced us, and we talked casually. While were
talking , one lady named Mary shared with us that she grew up
in a Catholic church. Later on, I asked her if I could share with
her a few passages of scripture. After sharing with her about
how to have a personal relationship with Jesus, she prayed to
ask Jesus to be her personal Savior!
We all were so excited. Praise the Lord for that day! Pray
for Mary as she begins her new life in Christ!

Spanish Conference
This fall I helped organize the largest Spanish conference in
the history of Word of Life. It has only been a few years since
Spanish Conferences have been held at the Inn. When I injured
my leg I was asked to assist the directors in organizing the
event, and the results were an answer to prayer.
There were churches here from Manhattan, northern
New Jersey, and Philadelphia! The people from those
churches were from many different countries from all over the
world, but mainly from central and south America.
It was a huge blessing to have our home church attend.
We were able to have fellowship with many good friends and
enjoy the conference together. It was their first time here.
I was asked to speak to the youth and children of the
families that attended. Along with speaking to the youth, we
helped coordinate games and outdoor activities for them.
Everybody from our home church was especially sur-
prised when Debora sang a song in one of the meetings. After
nearly two years serving with the church she never sang be-
fore. She used to sing years ago and simply felt she was ready
this time around.
As for the conference, it was a great blessing for the
churches that came, and many of the pastors joked around
about who will bring more people the following year! We thank
the Lord for the opportunity to serve in this way. Pray for the
Spanish community in the USA!
