MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Between HOST SCHOOL

and the PAMBANSANG KAPISANAN NG MGA KABATAAN SAMAHAN NG
AGHAM (PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF YOUTH SCIENCE CLUBS), INC.

This Memorandum of Agreement, entered into by HOST SCHOOL and the
PAMBANSANG KAPISANAN NG MGA KABATAAN SAMAHAN NG AGHAM
(PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF YOUTH SCIENCE CLUBS), INC. establishes the terms
and conditions in the conduct of the PSYSC Science Olympiad (PSO) National
Eliminations, in celebration of the 2014 National Science Club Month (NSCM).

This Agreement shall be effective on September 5, 2014.

HOST SCHOOL agrees to perform and/or make available the following
resources during the conduct of the activity in support of the PSO National
Eliminations.

A session hall/area where the Opening and Closing programs will be held;
Tables and chairs necessary;
At least 3 classrooms for the contest proper;
Sound system (at least 2 microphones, connectors to laptops, stereo);
1 LCD Projector with screen;
5 student volunteers;
One classroom that will serve as the staff room for the PSYSC Staff and
Volunteers;
Clean toilet and comfort rooms;
The school canteen to be operational during the event; and
Medic/School Nurse (If Available).

PSYSC agrees to conduct the 2014 PSYSC Science Olympiad National
Eliminations at HOST SCHOOL and will provide the following resources during
the conduct of the activity in support of the PSO National Eliminations.

HOST SCHOOL will be considered as one of our co-presenters of the event
and will be provided with the event tagline PSYSC in cooperation with
DOST and HOST SCHOOL;
Food for the 5 student volunteers from the morning snacks to the
afternoon snacks on September 5, 2014;
Acknowledgement in the official Publication of PSYSC, CATALYST;



Acknowledgement in the PSYSC Official site, www.psysc.org ;
One Year Free Affiliation complete with all PSYSC benefits to all Science
Club members of HOST SCHOOL;
If there will be damages to HOST SCHOOLs facilities, PSYSC shall make
arrangements regarding its replacement, repair;
All financial and administrative matters shall be settled by PSYSC before
leaving the venue.

This agreement embodies the entire understanding between the HOST SCHOOL
and PSYSC and any prior or contemporaneous representations, either oral or
written, are hereby superseded. No amendments or changes to the Agreement,
including without limitations, changes in the provisions or stipulations, shall be
effective unless made in writing and signed by the authorized representative of
the parties.
