My Maiden Speech to the Teachers of Markaz Syedwala

Thank you so much to join us here to share your ideas in spite of hard and hot weather and
difficult and painful journey, long distance after performing your obligation at your place of
lively hood.
This is my first report (FIR) after visiting the places of learning. I am proud of that I am
addressing the most prominent strata of our society and harbingers and herald of revolution.
1. Honorable teachers! I want transformation gradually and steadily, just change your ideas and
thinking and you will observe transition everywhere as your thinking may make you good and
evil in the eyes of observers (people around us).
2: The government first and foremost priority is regularity of teachers and students in a proper
shape and form and I will much focus on it next to ensure the regularity of teachers and
students at proper time.
3: First thing to be remembered is that teacher is leader and imam of the nation. They are
highly respected strata of society as nation sees towards teachers at the time of crisis. People
expect a lot to you dear.
4: Honorable teachers! Better result is our better respect and honor on which our respect,
honor, trust and service based. So secure your respect through good results and retention it.
5: dear! You are in competition with private sector that is an alarming situation for your secure
job and benefits as our most expenditure of our houses is based on our salaries. So strive for
more enrollments in your schools to get more fruits of your efforts.
6: I want to see the olden status of our primary school when teachers were respected like
prophet and people left places for teacher in a comity.
7: The destructive aspect of our society is that we are producing insolence, rude generation and
are facing at our houses and in our society. We can use education as a tool to change the
pessimistic scenario of our society as education is the most powerful tool to change the
surrounding as we want.
8: O educated and certified people! You must note and follow the good qualities of private
schools where educated is exploited but gives good result. We must strive for our salaries not
for tuitions and academies.
9: We dire need to restore the trust of public on us as they have no more good wish and views
about us. They consider the public schools a burden on economy because they have arguments
and the reason behind it is very solid.
10: your incentive, honor, is based on the number of students you enrolled and the fair usage
of funds in the name of NSB. You can increase your NSB with little effort. Put every possible
effort to get the benefits provided and funded by Govt and NGOs.
11: Make it sure that the usage of funds is beneficial for students and the educational
environment as honor is more than everything.
12: The children who are your pupils belong to lower strata of society, for Gods sake train them
as they are the back bone of our society, we can oblige them with little effort as in the history
knowledge is used as tool to make other nations slave mentally as well as physically.
13: Dear teachers! Teaching is the name of junoon, sacrifice only those can enjoy it who
professional not those who joined it just for service to get salary and secure the future of their
children. One thing remembers! Every educated is not teacher, teaching is strategy, technique
and method to fertile barren and waste land.
14: The educators were recruited to change the channel of stream towards development but
sorry to say that I found it faulty as they are stepping on the feet of their predecessors.
15: I observed that the schools were laid empty like a ghost house that is not fair for secure
future. Please ensure your physically presence in the classes as children are like herd of sheep
that need a permanent shepherd.
16: The person who is satisfied with his job can bring better result; the dis-satisfied is burden on
economy and society, dis-satisfied are those who are not professional.
17: Teaching is a prophet hood work, who get always respect, honor from society permanently.
18: Teachers can make people slave and change the mind set of people, there are many
example in the history and the history of Pakistan when East Pakistan became Bangladesh due
to the Hindu teachers who prepared a nursery.
19: Some schools really disappointed me on my first visit but most of you are doing good job.
Elementary Schools are doing and putting every effort to maintain it. Primary Schools are our
foundation we cannot build a fort on sand and weak foundation as I experienced that the
writing power of the students of 9
th
class was so poor, you could not imagine.
20: Govt is focusing much on primary level; it appointed DTEs, AEME and involves many NGOs
to change the plight of the basic and rudimentary level that is foundation. Primary schools are
basic school and our education is much obliged to it. Therefore make every effort successful to
help the Govt to restore the lost level of our basic school.
21: if you want to save yourselves from any inconvenience, keep your student busy in different
activities to save your energies.
23: you are bound to provide information at proper time when it will be asked and your
response must be positive to eschew tension. Positive outlook is sure warranty of good
relations between teachers and authority. If a person does not provide said information he/she
will be guilty.
24: Vogue the text message rather than voiced calling as it is printed material that can be
used any time where you need.
25: Govt is putting every effort to change the plight of schools to make it like home, so guard
and care it like your houses.
25: Rooms are being constructed by UKAID, the teachers are given pay packages, scale up
gradation and incentive. So organize ceremonies like prize ceremonies at center level or circle
level to create the atmosphere of competition.
26: DTEs are not officers; they are teacher to train teachers at primary level, discuss your
problems with them and ask model lessons as it is their first duty because they are responsible
for the bad result of the teachers.
27: Be honest to your profession as it will bring you a lot of fruits and you will feel proud at your
effort. Do not consider you inferior, you are leader so dont feel yourselves underestimated.
28: My evaluation of the school will be based on these parameters:
1. Dicipline, cleanliness, smooth flowing of teaching learning process, uniform of students as
most of the students are without uniform, AEME consider without uniform absent, teachers
dairies, the fair usage of NSB through action plan provided by authority. You must paste your
NSB expenditures in your offices and make receipts. The availability of cold water for students,
you have enough funds to run the institution very well.
2: In the end, I once again thank very much to join us on our call. Fear of Allah and He will
award you with the best gifts of his blessings.
