Bharathi Vasanthakrishna

Bharathi Vasanthakrishna has over 16 years of experience in Software Development,

Quality Assurance and Process Improvement. Has worked with large business houses in
the area of product & application development, offshore outsourcing, and performance
solutions. Has special skills in Quality implementation aided with metrics to suit the
business needs of the organization. Led medium to large sized organizations thru the
path of process certifications. Has excellent project management, estimation and
communication skills

In her previous assignment at Tanning Technology, as head of the Project management

Office, Bharathi was the force behind setting up processes for the offshore business.
These were defined to suit large, complex projects with performance ingrained in
them. Setting up controls in processes aided by Process Automation were some of the
implementation tactics employed by her. She was responsible for putting in place
globally unified processes across India and the corporate office based in Denver. Was
stationed in the corporate office for a period of 3 months to implement and fine tune
processes. Also helped Tanning attain its CMM Certification

The Test factory unit that worked under the Project Management Office performed the
role of independent testing for solutions developed in the US. Key Capabilities included
