The purpose of this study is to measure the most influential factors for the acceptance and use of
ICT by UKM graduate students. Your participation in this study is very much appreciated and

ICT definition according to UNESCO (2010) is: ICT contains many technologies for
capturing, interpreting, storing and transmitting information that enable us to receive,
communicate or exchange information with others in a fast and easy way
