Developed a construction project management manual for Aga Khan University Hospital on client perspective which reflects main
project management lifecycle processes in the light of main project management knowledge areas whereas it is found to be a
beneficial document for construction industry to elaborate standard construction management so as to abridge difficulties which
construction sector usually follows in Pakistan.

Construction safety handbook for Aga khan university hospital Aug 2013
Developed a construction safety handbook for Aga Khan University which establishes roles and responsibilities required for safety
committee, preplanning safety requirement before the execution of the construction projects, major constructions trades
handling hazards and their mitigation procedures based on Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) standards,
controls measures which is required to enhance the project delivery with respect to safety and general safety and security
guidelines for contractors from clients perspective.
