Its Founder Late Shri. B. D. Shelke promoted the company in 1983 at Goregaon (East), Mumbai.
Because of the space constraint Mr. Dinesh B. Shelke (Proprietor & Qualified well Experienced
Engineer) had shifted company 100 km north of Mumbai where full fledged works is located as on
today which caters to the fabrication of custom made Process Equipments for Chemical,
Pharmaceutical, Paint & Textile Industries.
In its three decades of existence with 30 years experienced team of expert background, the
company is dedicating its service to his client in designing, manufacturing of high quality process
equipment like Reaction Vessels, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchanger,Twin shaff Disperser Mixer,
planetary Mixer, Ribbon blenders,Distillation column, Filters,High Speed Mixer with Single / Multiple
vessels,Chimmey etc.
