Vessels at Haldia For PHDPL LPG Pipeline System

Pipelines Division of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Government of India Undertaking
proposes to lay LPG pipeline from Paradip, Orissa to Durgapur, West Bengal enroute Haldia for
evacuation of LPG from proposed Paradip Refinery as well as existing Haldia Refinery and Indian
Oil Petronas Pvt. Ltd. (IPPL), Haldia. As a part of the Paradip Haldia Durgapur LPG Pipeline
(PHDPL) project, 2 Nos. of mounded LPG storage vessels, each 1000 MT LPG receipt capacity
are to be constructed at Haldia for line balancing of the PHDPL and maintaining the operational
flexibility.
