In Dhurma Electricity Company(DEC) , our group took part in the liquid fuel
commissioning. In the competitive world our group achieved the target in time. Now doing
shut down work in DEC.

Responsibilities:

REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF LINE CHECKING UNDER THE RFI.During this process,
the line orientation, line rolling, type of Flange , Valves , Tie in line, Equipments
installation, Supports and line deviation are inspected and made sure that they as per
isometric drawing. After that comments to be noted on punch list A or B.

REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF BOLT TORQUE RFI.To inspect the bolts for proper size,
dimension, physical damage to threads (ASME B16.5 & ASME B16.47).Verification of
the gasket type, rating, and dimension as per project specification and service
condition.

REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF PUNCH VERIFICATION. To re-inspect the A punch rework
and to give approval for hydro test. During the inspection, to verify weld summary list,
and bolt torque report, PMI and NDT reports and all previous reports of pre- hydro test
activities.

REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF HYDRO TEST RFI.To verify the test medium and working
pressure as per isometric and P&ID drawing. Co-ordination with client Inspectors.

REVIEW AND INSPECTION OF REINSTATEMENT RFI.Re-inspect the B punch rework and
complete modulation in line. To verify all supports installation with base concrete. Final
inspection of all complete line with Tie-in point.
