Gameplay Structure

Cooperative Multiplayer Mode
*n this mode players can play to!ether from %-4 players at once a!ainst the computer
controlled A*+ *n this mode players (ill assist each other to defeat the computer
controlled A* team or another opposin! team (ith %-4 players+
"eam (ork is the key to success in 'o-op mode+ "he !ame is )ased on skill and luck
(hich also depends on ho( many tiles of that particular letter there is in their team1s tile
set to make (ords+ "he team is !ien a set of tiled letters and a specific letter flashes on
the screen (hile the players and their opponents race to spell (ords that )e!in (ith that
letter+
*n co-op mode the players on your team assist )y helpin! spell (ords and )eat the other
team )efore the 30 second timer ends+ 'oins are purchased and used )y the team to )uy
(eapons for their )attle1s match+ 4ach team starts out (ith no (eapons )ut as they earn
coins2 the option to )uy (eapons (ill appear on the screen and after each round if they
hae enou!h coins2 (eapons can )e purchased to aid in the (ord )attle+
Adversarial Multiplayer
Adersarial Multiplayer takes the characters of Battlewords and pits them in a traditional
fi!hter arena (here their characters )attle it out )y fi!htin! one another in hand to hand
com)at2 rather than usin! (ords+
"he adersarial multiplayer mode is for t(o or more players+ "he players are (orkin!
a!ainst each other on teams or in an eery player a!ainst eeryone else mode+ "he only
elements of the !ame that remains intact are the characters2 )ut other(ise this is a fi!ht to
the finish (ith )utton presses for punches2 kicks2 and 5umps ia icons on the touch screen+
Additional po(er ups to the player )ecome aaila)le (hen their com)o meter hits certain
criteria and then dependin! on the character they are playin!2 the po(er up can )e
unleashed into )attle+ *f a player (as playin! as Huckle)erry 0inn2 (hen the po(er up
)ecomes aaila)le he can use a raft in )attle to defeat the other players )y thro(in! it or
s(in!in! it at opponents+ "he last player to remain alie and still hae anythin! left in his

one another until their health meter is diminished and the opposin! characters die in
