When removing the DISCO from the JAGUAR, the “normal” operating
functions of the multi-function handle must be restored. To this end,
adapter (A) must be built in.
Disconnect connectors (X3) and (X4) and connect them to adapter (A).

Raise centre mower unit The front attachment can be operated using either the CCT or the multi-
(fold in) function handle.
1. Raise the mower units with the multi-function handle until they have no
more ground contact.
In this process,
• the pressure at pressure switch DS1 (front attachment cylinder) is
> 110 bar
• the pressure at pressure switch DS4 (fold in side-mounted mower
units) is < 150 bar
• the solenoid valves M4, M7 and M13 are energized.
2. Keep the “Raise centre mower unit” key in the CCT pressed until the
centre mower unit is fully raised.
In this process,
• the pressure at pressure switch DS1 (front attachment cylinder)
remains > 110 bar
• the pressure at pressure switch DS4 (fold in side-mounted mower
units) is < 150 bar
• the solenoid valves M1, M2, M4, M7, M13 und M15 (only on 492) are
energized.
The side-mounted mower units now must fold in automatically.

The pin numbers can be found below the rubber cover on the connector
housing.
7.2 Speed monitor The signals from the 3 speed monitors are constantly monitored and
function compared with one another. The result is:
• At mower unit speeds above 600 rpm, no minus signal is transmitted
to control box A33 via pin 3 (= no warning).
• When the speed signal of all 3 sensors drops simultaneously, no
warning is given (e.g. when the engine runs at idle speed).
• If the speed of one of the mower units drops to below 600 rpm, a
minus signal is transmitted to the control box A33 via the respective
pin 3. The signal lamp in the CCT now lights up and a warning tone
is heard.
• When the speed rises from idle speed to full throttle and vice versa,
the 3 warning lights in the CCT may light up briefly and the warning
tone may sound.
