WELCOME!
Operating in the sumptuous surroundings of The Regency Tavern, Cherubs Kitchen seeks to
compliment the setting by providing a brasserie style menu with a true nglish feel, albeit
sometimes with an appreciable uropean twist i!e! no"nonsense dishes with simple ingredients
used creatively# $hether you want a light snack, %unday lunch or a supper with friends, our aim
is to provide good food and a rela&ed and en'oyable e&perience!
(ore than 'ust offering good food however, Cherubs aims to be a force for good in our local
community, using local suppliers wherever we can and contributing to the community of which
we are part! $e aim to do this by!!!
working with local suppliers and as much as possible, try to source %usse& ingredients for
taste and )uality, contributing to local economic and environmental sustainability*
being a good employer and giving team members opportunities to grow and develop,
working with providers towards +,- and industry recognised professional
)ualifications* everyone who works for us has a say in what we do and how we do it .
everyone matters*
by hoping that your appreciation of our food will benefit others* as a commercial
enterprise run as a not"for"profit business, we believe that what goes around comes
around and so we give away any clear profit after costs to local food charities providing
assistance to the less fortunate in our community, particularly the homeless!
Cherubs is led by our /irector and &ecutive Chef, (onsignor 0erome 1loyd O%0, who
combines several years e&perience in the licensing and hospitality industry with his present
ministry serving the 2righton Oratory, a 1atin Rite Orthodo& congregation in 2righton,
sponsors of Cherubs! (onsignor also contributes to the uni)ue ambiance of the Regency
Tavern by coordinating and providing himself much of the musical entertainment, most notably
accompanying %unday 1unch service at the baby grand piano#
Together with landlords Robin and 3aul, the Cherubs team is committed to providing you
with an en'oyable e&perience at The Regency Tavern and we hope you will return again and
again to eat, drink and be merry with us#
