Conditions:
1. Performance based bonus will be paid annually in April 2013 on declaration of audited financial results.
2. Person has to be in employment of the company in April 2013 to be eligible to receive the payment.
3. Individual tasks should be maximum 4-5 quantified and directly contributing to the individual financial performance.
5.Bonus payable will be linked to achievement as given in the table below:

Visit all major subsidiaries. Review
processes and resources. Develop
positive relationships and identify key

Develop Global Strategy for TQM and

Lead and drive the Hyola 404RR issue

Visited all except India (due to visa
complications, but got there in Feb
2014). Reviewed Field to Field
activities. Built network of key
contacts. Used to develop
overview of key focus areas for
2014.
Developed strategy and key
areas. Identified need to highlight
functional areas, QA, Prod Tech,
Seed Tech as part of a broad
Manufacturing Technology
oversight. Created action list for
accomplishement in 2014.
Held regular calls with the team
and the team lead (Matt). Assured
attention to all facts around the
issue. Oversaw development of
experiments and action plans.
Closed the project with
implemented changes and future
improvement plans. No major
issues with Canola emergence so
