Paras Ghelani
Paras Ghelani is an English language teacher with almost 10 years of experience in Japan, Vietnam
and Spain. He is also qualified to teach high-school English literature and world history, which he will
be doing in New York City from September this year. He is particularly interested in the global evolution
of the English language.
Catherine McNab
Catherine McNab is an educational speech therapist and English teacher with nearly 5 years
experience working with young learners in the United States, Spain, Japan and Peru. She received her
bachelors and masters degrees in speech therapy from Northeastern University in Boston,
Massachusetts. She specializes in working with children with special needs and is particularly
interested in bilingual education.
Eileen Murphy
Eileen Murphy is a teacher and teacher trainer with 14 years of experience both in Peru and
internationally. She currently works with Universidad del Pacifico and teaches online with the Open
University of Catalonia. She is taking an MA in TESOL and Technology with The University of
Manchester and is interested in the use of technology in education.
Though recognised by different names 'life skills education', 'social and emotional learning',
or 'skills-based health education' the central notion is the same: education that helps young
people develop critical thinking and problem solving skills, building their sense of personal
worth and agency, and teaching them to interact with others constructively and effectively, has
transformative potential

FUN
Facilitating Useful Notions for kindergarten and primary teachers. This session aims to
provide you with the most engaging techniques and activities to be used at ease in order to
catch young learners attention from the very first lesson. (Best Buddies, Hats On, Captain
Jack, Cheeky Monkey, Hula Hoop, Bounce Now, MEQ and Take Shape.)

TEAM
Tackling Energetic Adolescents Minds often causes stress and anxiety, due to the changing
mood of every single teenager and the pressure we have to meet their interests, needs and
expectations.- in this 21st century, being 20th century teachers. Therefore, it is our duty to find
the best way to deal with their desires and worries, making use of the most approachable
strategies to give a great impression from our first encounter. (Inspired, Insights, New
Inspiration, Gateway, Laser, AIFT, Megatrends and Hot Spot)

WORLD 4 U!
Widening Our Real Learning Design has become a real passion in education, since most
linguists have found that Learning English through content makes our students broaden their
minds and develop skills which will be really beneficial for later life. However, it is a must to
have a clear set of teaching tips to capture their interest, before they start running along the
track. Join us and get ready to blast off!!!. (English World, Brainwave, Macmillan English,
