Excelentssima Senhora Presidenta da Repblica Federativa do
Brasil Dra. Dilma Vana Rousseff,
Emenda as Denncias Apresentadas nos dias 24 de Abril de 2012,
15 de Maio de 2012, 15 de Outubro de 2012 e 28 de Janeiro de
2013 (todas com protocolo da Delegacia da Polcia Federal em
Curitiba) e outros enviadas via e-mail.
Venho atravs desta solicitar a sua ateno e ajuda em um caso
de Extrema Urgncia relacionado a tortura e tentativa de
assassinato que requere ateno imediata.
O objetivo deste relato pedir para que a Sra. apresente este
caso ao povo brasileiro em um Comunicado Especial da
Presidncia, nesta Sexta-Feira durante a abertura do Jornal
Nacional das 20:00 horas, e que este comunicado seja
transmitido a cada duas horas at as 24:00 horas do Domingo (as
fotos dos procurados devem ser apresentadas ao povo brasileiro
durante o comunicado), e a importncia de combater atos de
terrorismo deve ser salientada ao mximo.
Este caso deve ser transformado em Prioridade Mxima da PFB e
ABIN, existem crianas e mulheres grvidas entre as vtimas.
Estou sendo torturado por psicopatas que identificaram-se
atravs do sistema de Monitoramento Neurolgico Remoto (RNM)
como Ariel Zugman (Eichmann), Ana Zugman, Ilan Zugman e Tali
Zugman (residentes em Curitiba-Brazil).
O casal Ariel e Ana Zugman so pedfilos, e transformaram o
filho Ilan desde a infncia em um escravo sexual do pai (Ariel),
que apresenta-se atravs do RNM como um pederasta travesti
que prostituia-se nas esquinas de Curitiba, um obsecado por
ateno masculina e rejeitado social.
A gang de psicopatas sintonizou em Curitiba o crebro de
mulheres grvidas e de fetos no tero materno, e esto

Atravs do Sistema de Monitoramento Remoto possvel
espionar, manipular, intimidar, torturar e at mesmo assassinar
empresrios competidores e representantes do governo.
Os membros da quadrilha utilizam durante as torturas nomes de

Zugman durante as torturas pretende ser uma menina maniaca

A parte mais asquerosa o assdio sexual, os dois so um casal
que procura atravs do RNM parceiros para satisfazer suas
fantasias sexuais, e com certeza este foi o principal motivo que os
levou a iniciar este monitoramento e tortura; So manacos
psicopatas sexuais obsecados e esto me torturando
remotamente h mais de 24 meses, com comentrios abusivos
relacionados a partes ntimas do meu corpo, tortura psicolgica
diurna e principalmente noturna, motivao ao suicdio e invaso
de privacidade total com comentrios cruis e promscuos,
invaso de e-mails e conexes de internet em geral.
Os mesmos atravs do sistema RNM esto invadindo e
manipulando todo e qualquer raciocnio, pensamento ou memria
que passa pelo meu crebro e me torturando fisicamente atravs
de uma agresso direta ao meu sistema digestivo bloqueando o
meu intestino e destruindo o meu figado e rins.
Este sistema de monitoramento e tortura pode enviar diretamente
sinais codificados para o crtex auditivo do crebro, ignorando a
orelha, e tambm transmite comandos para o subconsciente do
torturado, produzindo distrbios visuais, alucinaes visuais,
manipulando e lendo as emoes, pensamentos, memrias e
sonhos a distncia, e pode causar dor a qualquer nervo do corpo.
Esta tecnologia zomba completamente do poder jurdico,
medicina, procedimentos de segurana, instituies e direitos
humanos.
Os direitos humanos universais, o direito do estado e da
democracia, esto sendo completamente violados, e as
autoridades no reconhecem publicamente tal tecnologia, e no
oferecem transparncia nas investigaes ou analises de tais
violaes.
Para todos os preocupados com direitos humanos, liberdade,
privacidade, democracia (em todos os aspectos e graus de
liberdade humana), individualidade e integridade fsica e mental,
esta tecnologia agride e no deixa provas do abuso.
As preocupaes e os riscos causados por este sistema de tortura
so apontadas por agncias de direitos humanos em todo o
mundo como uma violao da privacidade e dignidade dos
direitos humanos fundamentais.
Tal invaso de privacidade expe a pessoa monitorada
totalmente; um mtodo muito eficiente desenvolvido para
torturar controlar e manipular o crebro humano. A medicina
deve ser ajudada a reconhecer os sintomas de controle mental e
abuso atravs de armas neurolgicas de controle remoto, e as
informaes sobre esta tecnologia devem ser desclassificadas,
para que este tipo de abuso possa ser interpretado como , e no

PS 2: A Justia Federal provavelmente emitiu uma ordem de
sigilo neste caso, alegando que est sob investigao, com o
objetivo de proteger a Polcia Federal de acusaes que indiquem
incompetncia.
O Delegado Rosalvo Ferreira Franco assumiu na Tera-feira, 16
de Julho o Comando da Superintendncia Regional da Polcia
Federal do Paran, substituindo o Delegado Jos Alberto de
Freitas Iegas.
Foi publicado no Dirio Oficial da Unio na Segunda-feira, 10 de
Julho a exonerao do Diretor Executivo da Polcia Federal Paulo
de Tarso Teixeira e a nomeao do substituto Rogrio Viana
Galloro, ambas as portarias de nomeao e exonerao foram
assinadas pela Ministra da Casa Civil Gleisi Hoffmann.
Infelizmente as autoridades "competentes" ainda no
