The topic of mind control is elaborate, multifaceted, and multi layered. For the
casual reader, it can quickly become numbing, overwhelming the senses and
creating a desire to exit the topic, but avoiding this subject is the most foolish thing
you could possibly do since your only chance of surviving this hideous and
insidious enslavement agenda, which today threatens virtually all of humanity, is to
understand how it functions and take steps to reduce your vulnerability.
The plans to create a mind controlled workers society have been in place for a long
time. The current technology grew out of experiments that the Nazis started before
World War II and intensified during the time of the Nazi concentration camps
when an unlimited supply of children and adults were available for
experimentation. Weveheardabouttheinhumanemedicalexperiments
performed on concentration camp prisoners, but no word was ever mentioned by
the media and the TV documentaries of the mind control experiments. That was
not to be divulged to the American public. Mind control technologies can be
broadly divided into two subsets: trauma-based or electronic-based.

The first phase of government mind control development grew out of the old occult
techniques which required the victim to be exposed to massive psychological and
physical trauma, usually beginning in infancy, in order to cause the psyche to
shatter into a thousand alter personalities which can then be separately
programmed to perform any function (or job) that the programmer wishes
toinstall.Eachalterpersonalitycreatedisseparateanddistinct from the front
personality.Thefrontpersonalityis unaware of the existence or activities of the
alter personalities. Alter personalities can be brought to the surface by
programmers or handlers using special codes, usually stored in a laptop
computer. The victim of mind control can also be affected by specific sounds,
words, or actions known as triggers.
The second phase of mind control development was refined at an underground base
below Fort Hero on Montauk , Long Island (New York) and is referred to as the
Montauk Project. The earliest adolescent victims of Montauk style programming,
so called Montauk Boys, were programmed using trauma-based techniques, but
that method was eventually abandoned in favor of an all-electronic induction
process which could beinstalledinamatterofdays(orevenhours)insteadofthe
many years that it took to complete trauma-based methods.
Dr. Joseph Mengele of Auschwitz notoriety was the principle developer of the
trauma-based Monarch ProjectandtheCIAs MK Ultra mind control programs.
Mengele and approximately 5, 000 other high ranking Nazis were secretly moved
into the United States and South America in the aftermath of World War II in an
Operation designated Paperclip. The Nazis continued their work in developing
mind control and rocketry technologies in secret underground military bases. The
only thing we were told about was the rocketry work with former Nazi star
celebrities like Warner Von Braun. The killers, torturers, and mutilators of
innocent human beings were kept discretely out of sight, but busy in U.S.
underground military facilities which gradually became home to thousands
upon thousands of kidnapped American children snatched off the streets (about
one million per year) and placed into iron bar cages stacked from floor to
ceilingaspartofthetraining.These children would be used to further refine and
perfectMengelesmindcontrol technologies. Certain selected children (at least the
ones who survived thetraining)wouldbecomefuturemindcontrolledslaveswho
could be used for thousands of different jobs ranging anywhere from sexual slavery
to assassinations. A substantial portion of these children, who were considered
expendable, were intentionally slaughtered in front of (and by) the other
children in order to traumatize the selected trainee into total compliance and
submission.

The lone gunman that we hear about in assassinations, assassination attempts,
school shootings, etc. are mind controlled individuals who hadbeenprogrammed

Berkowitz, Oswald, Timothy McVeigh, the Columbine shooters, Chapman, Sirhan
Sirhan, etc. were mind controlled individuals who were programmed to
perform these killings. Tens of thousands of young teenage boys were kidnapped
and forced into the mind control training program called The Montauk Project
starting around 1976. Al Bielek, under mind control, was involved in many areas
of the secret Montauk Project. After slowly recovering his memories beginning in

controlledMontaukBoysproducedat 25 different facilities similar to the
underground base at Montauk, Long Island. Many of these boys were to become
sleeperswhoare individuals who were programmed to go into action at a later

conduct. Other Montauk Boys were woven into the fabric of mainstream American
life as journalists, radio & TV personalities, businessmen, lawyers, medical
professionals, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, military men, etc.

be manipulated without the victim realizing it. Reich worked on this project
secretly for the CIA for over 5 years, from 1947-1952, until he realized who the
CIA was planning to use the mind control on -the American people. He was
outraged that he was deceived and used for such a treasonous motive and swore
never to cooperate with the CIA, FDA, etc. again. Reich was covertly murdered in
Federal prison in 1957, just a few weeks before he was due to be released, having
been in prison for 2 years on a trumped up charge leading to a contempt of court
citation. He was reported to have hadaheartattack.Hewasstrongasanox.He
was murdered two weeks before his parole board hearing. His last book, written in
prison, was found to be missingafterhisdeathandneverreturnedtohisfamily.

Can Human Beings be Manipulated by ELF Waves?
The technical principal of receivers for electromagnetic waves is fully analogous
with biological information and communications systems. If several thousand of
the hundreds of billions of nerve cells in our brains resonate with man-made
centimeter waves, the carrier frequency has to be suppressed when the signal is
passed on to the synapses.
To overcome cell membranes, living organisms use electrochemical processes
involving sodium and potassium ions. This suppresses the carrier frequency in the
high-frequency range, just as the demodulation circuit does in man-made
receivers. What remains is the signal impressed on the carrier frequency, e.g., in
the low-frequency ELF range. This is also the frequency range at which our own
nervous system normally works.
Using these frequencies, the nerve fibers convey pain sensations, the feelings of
hunger, tiredness, nausea, and signals on the sense of balance to points in the brain
which invoke these stages in an awake consciousness.
If interference signals are superimposed on the natural signals generated by the
body, e.g., by using artificially created centimeter waves as a carrier, the brain
could be presented with simulated states that we consciously perceive, but which
are not reality.
A state of disturbed sense of balance, which seems to us to be real, is enough to stop
people from being able to run or make them feel dizzy even when they are lying
down.
InapsychotronicwarusingmicrowavesmodulatedusingELFwaves,itwouldno
longer be necessary to kill whole armies by inducing cardiac or respiratory
irregular signals. The enemy can simply be incapacitated by disturbing their

Microchip Implants, Mind Control, and Cybernetics

In 1948 Norbert Weiner published a book, Cybernetics, defined as a neurological
communication and control theory already in use in small circles at that time.
YonejiMasuda,FatheroftheInformationSociety,stated his concern in 1980
that our liberty is threatened Orwellian-style by cybernetic technology totally
unknown to most people. This technology links the brains of people via implanted
microchips to satellites controlled by ground-based supercomputers.
The first brain implants were surgically inserted in 1974 in the state of Ohio, USA
and also in Stockholm, Sweden. Brain electrodes were inserted into the skulls of
babies in 1946 without the knowledge of their parents. In the 1950s and 60s,
electrical implants were inserted into the brains of animals and humans,
especially in the U.S., during research into behavior modification, and brain and
body functioning. Mind control (MC) methods were used in attempts to change
human behavior and attitudes. Influencing brain functions became an important
goal of military and intelligence services.
Thirty years ago brain implants showed up in X-rays the size of one centimeter.
Subsequent implants shrunk to the size of a grain of rice. They were made of
silicon, later still of gallium arsenide. Today they are small enough to be inserted
into the neck or back, and also intravenously in different parts of the body during
surgical operations, with or without the consent of the subject. It is now almost
impossible to detect or remove them.
It is technically possible for every newborn to be injected with a microchip, which
could then function to identify the person for the rest of his or her life. Such plans
are secretly being discussed in the U.S. without any public airing of the privacy
issues involved. In Sweden, Prime Minister Olof Palme gave permission in 1973 to
implantprisoners,andDataInspectionsexDirectorGeneralJanFreese revealed
that nursing-home patients were implanted in the mid-1980s. The technology is
revealed in the 1972:47 Swedish state report, Statens Officiella Utradninger (SOU).
Implanted human beings can be followed anywhere. Their brain functions can be
remotely monitored by supercomputers and even altered through the changing of
frequencies. Guinea pigs in secret experiments have included prisoners, soldiers,
mental patients, handicapped children, deaf and blind people, homosexuals, single
women, the elderly, school children, and any group of people considered
marginalbytheeliteexperimenters.Thepublishedexperiences of prisoners i n
Utah State Prison, for example, are shocking to the conscience.
Todaysmicrochipsoperatebymeansoflowfrequencyradiowavesthat target
them. With the help of satellites, the implanted person can be tracked anywhere on
the globe. Such a technique was among a number tested in the Iraq war, according
to Dr. Carl Sanders, who invented the intelligence-manned interface (IMI) biotic,
which is injected into people. (Earlier during the Vietnam War, soldiers were
injected with the Rambo chip, designed to increase adrenaline flow into the
bloodstream.) The 20-billion-bit/second supercomputers at the U.S. National
Security Agency (NSA) could now seeandhearwhatsoldiersexperienceinthe
battlefield with a remote monitoring system (RMS).
When a 5-micromillimeter microchip (the diameter of a strand of hair is 50
micromillimeters) is placed into optical nerve of the eye, it draws neuroimpulses
from the brain that embody the experiences, smells, sights, and voice of the
implanted person. Once transferred and stored in a computer, these neuroimpulses
can beprojectedbacktothepersonsbrainviathemicrochiptobe reexperienced.
Using a RMS, a land-based computer operator can send electromagnetic messages
(encoded as signals) to the nervous system,affectingthetargetsperformance.
With RMS, healthy persons can be induced to see hallucinations and to hear voices
in their heads.
Every thought, reaction, hearing, and visual observation causes a certain
neurological potential, spikes, and patterns in the brain and its electromagnetic
fields, which can now be decoded into thoughts, pictures, and voices.
Electromagnetic stimulation can thereforechangeapersonsbrainwavesand
affect muscular activity, causing painful muscular cramps experienced as torture.
The NSAselectronic surveillance system can simultaneously follow and handle
millions of people. Each of us has a unique bioelectrical resonance frequency in the
brain, just as we have unique fingerprints. With electromagnetic frequency (EMF)
brain stimulation fully coded, pulsating electromagnetic signals can be sent to the
brain, causing the desired voice and visual effects to be experienced by the target.
This is a form of electronic warfare. U.S. astronauts were implanted before they
were sent into space so their thoughts could be followed and all their emotions could
be registered 24 hours a day.
The Washington Post reported in May 1995 that Prince William of Great Britain
was implanted at the age of 12. Thus, if he were ever kidnapped, a radio wave with
a specific frequency could be targeted tohismicrochip.Thechipssignalwouldbe
routed through a satellite to the computer screen of police headquarters, where the
Princesmovementscouldbefollowed.Hecouldactuallybelocated anywhere on
the globe.
Themassmediahasnotreportedthatanimplantedpersonsprivacyvanishes for
the rest of his or her life. She can be manipulated in many ways. Using different
frequencies, the secret controller of thisequipmentcanevenchangeapersons
emotional life. She can be made aggressive or lethargic. Sexuality can be
artificially influenced. Thought signals and subconscious thinking can be read,
dreams affected and even induced, all without the knowledge or consent of the
implanted person.
A perfect cyber-soldier can thus be created. This secret technology has been used
by military forces in certain NATO countries since the 1980s without civilian and
academic populations having heard anything about it. Thus, little information
about such invasive mind-control systems is available in professional and
academic journals.
TheNSAsSignalsIntelligencegroupcanremotelymonitorinformation from
human brains by decoding the evoked potentials (3.50 HZ, 5 milliwatt) emitted by
the brain. Prisoner experimentees in both Gothenburg, Sweden and Vienna,
Austria have been found to have evident brain lesions. Diminished blood
circulation and lack of oxygen in the right temporal frontal lobes result where
brain implants are usually operative. A Finnish experimentee experienced brain
atrophy and intermittent attacks of unconsciousness due to lack of oxygen.
Mind control techniques can be used for political purposes. The goal of mind
controllers today is to induce the targeted persons or groups to act against his or
her own convictions and best interests. Zombified individuals can even be
programmed to murder and remember nothing of their crime afterward.
Alarming examples of this phenomenon can be found in the U.S.
Thissilentwarisbeingconductedagainstunknowingcivilians and soldiers by
military and intelligence agencies. Since 1980, electronic stimulation of the brain
(ESB) has been secretly used to control people targeted without their knowledge or
consent. All international human rights agreements forbid non consensual
manipulationofhumanbeingseveninprisons,nottospeakof civilian
populations.
Under an initiative of U.S. Senator John Glenn, discussions commenced in
January 1997 about the dangers of radiating civilian populations. Targeting
peoplesbrainfunctionswithelectromagnetic fields and beams (from helicopters
and airplanes, satellites, from parked vans, neighboring houses, telephone poles,
electrical appliances, mobile phones, TV, radio, etc.) is part of the radiation
problem that should be addressed in democratically elected government bodies.
In addition to electronic MC, chemical methods have also been developed. Mind-
altering drugs and different smelling gasses affecting brain function negatively
can be injected into air ducts or water pipes. Bacteria and viruses have also been
tested this way in several countries.
Todayssupertechnology,connectingourbrainfunctionsviamicrochips (or even
without them, according to the latest technology) to computers via satellites in the
U.S. or Israel, poses the gravest threat to humanity. The latest supercomputers are
powerfulenoughtomonitorthewholeworldspopulation.Whatwill happen when
people are tempted by false premises to allow microchips into their bodies? One lure
will be a microchip identity card. Compulsory legislation has even been secretly
proposed in the U.S. to criminalize removal of an ID implant.
Are we ready for the robotization of mankind and the total elimination of privacy,
including freedom of thought? How many of us would want to cede our entire life,
including our most secret thoughts, to Big Brother? Yet the technology exists to
create a totalitarian New World Order. Covert neurological communication
systems are in place to counteract independent thinking and to control social and
political activity on behalf of self-serving private and military interests.
When our brain functions are already connected to supercomputers by means of
radio implants and microchips, it will be too late for protest. This threat can be
defeated only by educating the public, using available literature on biotelemetry
and information exchanged at international congresses.
One reason this technology has remained a state secret is the widespread prestige of
the psychiatric Diagnostic Statistical Manual IV produced by the U.S. American
Psychiatric Association (APA) and printed in 18 languages. Psychiatrists working
for U.S. intelligence agencies no doubt participated in writing and revising this
manual.Thispsychiatricbiblecoversup the secret development of MC
technologies by labeling some of their effects as symptoms of paranoid
schizophrenia.
Victims of mind control experimentation are thus routinely diagnosed, knee-jerk
fashion, as mentally ill by doctors who learnedtheDSMsymptomlistinmedical
school. Physicians have not been schooled that patients may be telling the truth
when they report being targeted against their will or being used as guinea pigs for
electronic, chemical and bacteriological forms of psychological warfare.
Time is running out for changing the direction of military medicine, and ensuring
the future of human freedom.

received video signal or the video message signal for output. The messages
produced by the video message generator are user selectable via a keyboard input.
A message memory stores a plurality of alphanumeric text messages specified by
user commands for use as subliminal messages. This message memory preferably
includes a read only memory storing predetermined sets of alphanumeric text
messages directed to differing topics. The sets of predetermined alphanumeric text
messages preferably include several positive affirmations directed to the left brain
and an equal number of positive affirmations directed to the right brain that are

Between 1980 and 1984 I was in England, and I got to see some illustrations of how
some of this technology actually works. During this period, there were a lot of
protests, sit-ins and demonstrations by Greenpeace and many other groups against
the deployment of Cruise missiles, especially at Greenham Common, which was
south of where I was located. In 1983 and 1984 there was a very large presence of
military police at the base when the Cruise missiles arrived. Around mid-1984 this
presence diminished considerably, and some of the protesters who were outside the
base started claiming that they were being irradiated from the base because of
physical problems they were unable to link to any other source. This was reported
in Electronics Todsy magazine in 1985. The symptoms ranged from skin burns to
headaches, drowsiness, menstrual bleeding at abnormal times, bouts of temporary
paralysis, faulty speech coordination, and in one case circulatory failure severe
enough to require hospitalization. Such a complex series of symptoms fits well with
severe EM field exposure. The Ministry Qf Defence (MOD) denied that any harmful
electromagnetic signal was being used against the women, but did not deny that
an electromagnetic signal may be in use which, if below lOmW/cm2, would not,
under UK guidelines, be officially acknowledged as harmful. In other words, they
lied.
Cases of Deliberate Experimentation on Individuals for Military Purposes :
In one study over 100 Washington and Oregon state prisoners (recall the discussion
of Phase II drug testing in Chapter 5) between 1963 and 1971 had their testicles
dosed with radiation to discover what doses would sterilize them. The project was
funded by the Atomic Energy Commission at a cost of $1.5 million.
From 1945 to 1947, 18 hospital patients, one of them only five years old, were
injected with plutonium to measure how much the body would retain. The
injectionswererepresentedasexperimentaltreatmentsforthepatients
illnesses. This appalling scheme was reviewed in the British Medical Journal in
1987,whereitsaidthattheredeemingfeatureofthetestwasthatthe results
weremadeavailabletoothercountriesfortheiruse.

The Psychology Behind Mind Control and Psychic Warfare:
Body identification gives rise to a host of sociological phenomena, the least of which
is the mechanistic view that consciousness is a product of the brain, and
secondarily that the mind is centered in the brain. Dr. Jose Delgado was one of the
chief proponents of this viewpoint. Delgado was theauthorofthebookPhysical
Control of the Mind: Toward a Psychocivilized Society.ForDelgado,themind
existed only in the brain; to postulate its existence as an independent entity was to
him sheer nonsense. He rejected the concept of free will, and proposed that the
mind was a functional entity produced by the electrical operations of the brain,
and as such should be manipulated and controlled in order to control the behavior
of the population. This was a view that seems to be shared by proponents of the
New World Order. Delgado,sincethemid1970s,wasthedirectoroftheSpanish
neurophysiological laboratory Centro Ramony Cajal. As time went on, his interests
shifted from direct stimulation of the brain to the broader area of the biological
effects of electromagnetic fields, an area that has been eagerly embraced by the
military and political system as a means to achieve their goal of absolute control of
the population.
There are several psychological schools of thought that have been adopted by
government psycho-scientists and the military to justify mind control. All of them
relate to the idea of psychic energy as originating in the human psyche, typified
by the work of Carl Jung. The energy originating in the human psyche consists of
thoughts, feelings, emotions, and neuro-physiological stimuli and responses. It
consists of a physical component that can be measured and an etheric hyper-
spacial component that can only be measured by specialized equipment. These
schools of thought are as follows:
Suppression of Vital Data in Physics:
For thousands of years, many discoveries have been suppressed from the
populations of the planet in order to keep them in bondage. The burning of the
libraries of Alexandria is one example of how information can be suppressed.
Another example would be the common technique of suppression of scientific
information by alteration of the information itself. Perhaps the most blatant and
farreachingalterationofdatawasthealterationofMaxwellsequations. James
Clerk Maxwell was a mathematical genius who lived in the late l9th century. His
original work, which is available to covert scientific departments in the
government, had the potential to radically alter the entire course of our
civilization.
It is certainly clear to most of you by now that the human population can easily
manipulated by electronic means using various methods developed through the
military industrial complex. What may not be clear to you is that many of the EM
effects can be initiated from outside of what is normally seen as the
electromagnetic spectrum. Just as a magnetic field in a wire is at right angles to
the current flow, other fields and waveforms exist that are an integral part of the
electromagnetic spectrum, yet exist at a certain number of right-angle rotations
(orthogonal rotations) away from the electromagnetic field components we are
normally accustomed to. If these hyperspacial components, which are not subject
to the usual electromagnetic constraints of time and space, are generated and
manipulated, they can in turn generate EM effects that have the capability to
influence human biology and consciousness.

The Hertzian Conspiracy:
In late 1864, James Clerk Maxwell published his epic material on electromagnetic
waves. His material dealt not only with electrical and magnetic waves, but also
the relativistic/ etherial psycho-active component of these waves (representing
electromagnetics of the second order and above). The equations also included
transformations that enabled the change from inertial frames of reference to non-
inertialframesofreference.Maxwellsoriginalequations were written in
Quaternion notation, a complex mathematical system available at that time
before Vector Analysis was introduced by Oliver Heaviside. Todaysgeneralized
equivalent of Quaternions is Tensors.
Inshort,Maxwellsoriginalworkgavethenecessaryinformationfor gravitational
propulsion and psychoactive devices. Someone somewhere recognized this, for
shortly after his death, the mathematician Oliver Heaviside, the chemist Willard
Gibbs,andphysicistHeinrichHertzdecidedtoeditorinterpretMaxwells
famous equations which were, in the original form, the foundations of
electromagneticsandUnifiedFieldTheory(UFT).Thisunholytrio, especially
Heaviside, disregarded the Quaternions or Scalar components of Maxwells original
equations, because they represented potentials and not fields. He thought
potentialswereakintomysticism,becauseeverybodyknowsthatfields contain
mass, and mass cannot be created from apparently nothing, which is what
potentials are, both literally and mathematically; they are an accumulation or
reservoir of energy. Furthermore, not only did they throw away the gravitational
component with the Quatern- ion/Scalar, but also postulated that gravitation and
electromagnetism were mutually exclusive, not interdependent. That was the
death blow to subsequent efforts by scientists to realize a functioning unified field
theory. Because of this one act, electromagnetism was reduced from its original
five dimensions to only four: X, Y, Z, and time. The element of G was removed.
Because of this deliberate act, twenty-two other errors exist today in
electromagnetic theory. The very concepts of force, mass and charge are ill-
defined,andthesocalledstaticelectricalchargehasbeendiscoveredby
Quantum mechanics not to be static at all, but to move rotationally by virtue of
the quantum mechanical spin. Finally, adding insult to injury, the so-called
imaginarycomponentsofMaxwellsoriginalequationsaswellasthemutilated
version of the equations have also been discarded or ignored. With this last error,
the door to hyperspacial domains was forever closed, for the present mathematics
and physics of electromagnetic theory do not allow for hyperspacial domains
(domains outside of three dimensions), superluminal signals (signals that exceed
the speed of light or are infinite in speed), and a unified field theory.
The edited version of Maxwells work, which every physicist and engineer has had
to contend with, discards electrogravitation, and avoids the unification of
gravitation and electromagnetics. It also prevents the direct engineering of
gravitation, space-time, time flow rates, free energy devices, and quantum
changes, which is viewed by the altered equations that are vector-based as only a
statistical change. The quaternion approach captures the ability to utilize
electromagnetics and produce local curvature of spacetime. Heaviside wrote a
subsetofMaxwellsequationswherethiscapabilityisexcluded.
Dr.HenryMonteithhasindependentlydiscoveredthatMaxwellsoriginal
quaternion theory was a unified field theory. Einstein assumed, because he only
had access to the altered equations, that curving spacetime could only be achieved
by the weak gravitational force due to mass, that the local frame would always be
a Lorentz frame, which would mean that all operations would be constrained to
conservationlawsofphysics.
Inthe1960stheHertz(Hz)replacedCyclesPerSecond.Since,then everyone
thinks that all electromagnetic waves are hertzian. Only the upper portion of the
spectrum before Infra- red contains Hertzian waves. ELF and ULF are not; waves in
biosystems and natural phenomena are not Hertzian in nature.

Earth is wrapped in a donut shaped magnetic field. Circular lines of flux
continuously descend into the North Pole and emerge from the South Pole. The
ionosphere, an electromagnetic-wave conductor, 100 kms above the earth, consists
of a layer of electrically charged particles acting as a shield from solar winds.
Natural waves are related to the electrical activity in the atmosphere and are
thought to be caused by multiple lightning storms. Collectively, these waves are

Hertz wave is 186,000 miles long, 10 Hz is 18,600 miles. Radio-waves

The Creator designed living beings to resonate to this natural frequency pulsation
in order to evolve harmoniously. The ionosphere is being manipulated by US govt.
scientists using an Alaskan transmitter called HAARP, (High-Frequency Active
Auroral Research Program) which sends focused radiated power to heat up sections
of the ionosphere, which bounces power down again. ELF waves from HAARP when
targeted on areas can weather-engineer and create mood changes affecting
millions. The intended wattage is 1,700 billion watts of power. A former govt.
insider deduced they want to flip the world upside down. 64 elements in the
ground modulate, with variation, the geomagnetic waves naturally coming from
the ground.
Theearthsnaturalbrainrhythmaboveisbalancedwiththese.Thesearethe
same minerals as the red blood corpuscles. There is a relation between the blood
and geomagnetic waves. An imbalance between Schumann and geomagnetic
waves disrupts biorhythms. These natural geomagnetic waves are being replaced
by artificially created very low frequency (VLF) ground waves coming from
GWEN Towers.
GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) transmitters placed 200 miles apart
across the USA allow specific frequencies to be tailored to the geomagnetic-field
strength in each area, allowing the magnetic field to be altered. They operate in
the VLF range, with transmissions between VLF 150 and 175 KHz. They also emit
UHFwavesof225400MHz.TheVLFsignalstravelbywaves that hug the
ground rather than radiating into the atmosphere. A GWEN station transmits
circularly up to 300 miles, the signal dropping off sharply with distance. The
entire GWEN system consists of, (depending on source of data), from 58 to an
intended 300 transmitters spread across the USA, each with a tower 299-500 ft
high. 300 ft copper wires in spoke like fashion fan out from the base of the system
underground, interacting with the earth like a thin shelled conductor, radiating
radio wave energy for very long distances through the ground.
USA bathes in this magnetic field which rises to 500 ft, even going down to
basements, so everyone is mind-controlled. The whole artificial ground-wave
spreads out over USA like a web. It is easier to mind-control and hypnotize people
who are bathed in an artificial electromagnetic-wave. (Covering the entire floor

helps.) GWEN transmitters have many different functions including controlling
the weather, mind, behavior and mood control.
These work in conjunction with HAARP and the Russian Woodpecker transmitter,
similar to HAARP. The Russians openly market a small version of their weather-
engineering system called Elate, which can fine-tune weather patterns over a 200
mile area and have the same range as the GWEN unit. One operates at Moscow
airport. The GWEN Towers shoot enormous bursts of energy into the atmosphere in
conjuction with HAARP. The website www.cuttingedge.org wrote an expose of how
the major floods of the Mid-West USA occurred in 1993.
Invisible enormous rivers of water, consisting of vapors that flow, move towards
the poles in the lower atmosphere. They rival the flow of the Amazon River and are
420 to 480 miles wide and up to 4,800 miles long. They are 1.9 miles above the
earth and have volumes of 340 lbs of water per second. There are 5 atmospheric
rivers in each Hemisphere. A massive flood can be created by damming up one of
these massive vapor rivers, causing huge amounts of rainfall to be dumped.
The GWEN Towers positioned along the areas north of the Missouri and Mississippi
Rivers were turned on for 40 days and 40 nights, probably mocking the Flood of
Genesis. (This was in conjunction with HAARP, that creates a river of electricity
flowing thousands of miles through the sky and down to the polar ice-cap,
manipulating the jet-stream , like The Woodpecker.) These rivers flooded, causing
agricultural losses of $12-15 billion. HAARP produces earthquakes by focusing on
the fault lines. GWEN Towers are on the fault lines and volcanic areas of the Pacific
Northeast.
In 1963 Dr Robert Becker explored effects of external magnetic-fields on
brainwaves showing a relationship between psychiatric admissions and solar
magnetic storms. He exposed volunteers to pulsed magnetic-fields similar to
magnetic-storms, and found a similar response. US 60 Hz electric power ELF waves
vibrate at the same frequency as the human brain. UK 50 Hz electricity emissions

DrAndrijaPuharichinthe50s/60s,foundclairvoyantsbrainwavesbecame8Hz

Puharich trained people with bio-feedback to do this consciously, making 8 Hz

Our brains are extremely vulnerable to any technology which sends out ELF

SecretradartechnologyresearchthatwillallowthebiggesteverextensionofBig
BrotherstylesurveillanceintheUKisbeingfundedbytheGovernment.The
radical new system, which has outraged civil liberties groups, uses mobile
phone masts to allow security authorities to watch vehicles and individuals
inrealtimealmostanywhereinBritain.
Thetechnologyseestheshapesmadewhenradiowavesemittedbymobile
phone masts meet an obstruction. Signals bounced back by immobile objects,
such as walls or trees, are filtered out by the receiver. This allows anything
moving, such as cars or people, to be tracked. Previously, radar needed
massive fixed equipment to work and transmissions from mobile phone masts
were thought too weak to be useful.
The system works wherever a mobile phone can pick up a signal. By using
receivers attached to mobile phone masts, users of the new technology could
focus in on areas hundreds of miles away and bring up a display showing any
moving vehicles and people.
An individual with one type of receiver, a portable unit little bigger than a
laptopcomputer,couldevenuseitasapersonalradarcoveringthearea
aroundtheuser.ResearchersareworkingtogivethenewequipmentXray
visionthecapabilitytoseethroughwallsandlookintopeopleshomes.
Ministry of Defence officials are hoping to introduce the system as soon as
resources allow. Police and security services are known to be interested in a

the system, known as Celldar, is aimed at anti-terrorism defence, security and
road traffic management.
However civil liberties groups have been swift to condemn the plan.

If the radar picked up movement then a single camera could be focused on a
specific area.
Celldar could also monitor roads when poor visibility due to bad weather
rendered cameras useless.
Theequipmentcouldpickuptrafficflowstowardsanaccidentsiteandthe

Lloyd also outlined a number of military applications for the technology.
Individual armoured vehicles or even soldiers could carry the detectors
which could tell them where enemy troops were.
Security specialists point out how useful personal radars would be in siege
situations. However there are significant concerns that the technology might
be abused by authorities or fall into the wrong hands.

Bingham expressed concerns that the new equipment, which would be
virtually undetectable, could be used by private detectives or others for

Modern technology has brought massive opportunities for wider
surveillance. Since the 11 September terrorist attacks on Washington and New
York, the government has been pushing through a package of anti-terrorism
legislation which targets electronic communications.
Senior police officers are now allowed to access mobile telephone and email
records without judicial or executive assent. Within two years, all mobile
phones are expected to have satellite-locating devices built into them.

The history of mind control at a distance, remote mind control technology
(RMCT) begins in America with the research of Dr Ross Adey and his
colleaguesinthelate60s,workingontheCIAfundedPandoraProject.
Adey found that ELF (extremely low frequency) signals on the region of 1-
20 Hz (with 0.1 increments having different effects), had bioactive and
psychoactive effects. The research was important to the CIA for they wished
to find frequencies which could mind control humans from a distance
(RMCT). Pandora researchers discovered that the 6-16 Hz region had drastic
effects on brain and on nervous and endocrinal systems. This could enable
major dysfunction in the target victim if research on cats and monkeys
could be duplicatedtheresearchonhumanvictimsstillremains
classified.
A major problem was that ELF transmissions need vast antennae arrays;
AdeysresearchshowedthatpseudoELF,causedbypulseoramplitude
modulated microwave, UHF or RF carrier waves at ELF frequencies not only
duplicated the psycho- and bioactive effects of ELF, but due to the highly
penetrative effects of S-band microwaves (low frequency microwaves) or
UHF and RF these combined to have a synergistic effect (especially
microwaves) in disrupting biochemical function to amplify the effects of
pseudo-ELF. In laymansterms,microwaveandpseudoELFweremore
effective at mind control than pure ELF. RMCT, the means of mind
controlling and slowly killing victimsusingpseudoELFthatisamplitude
or pulse modulation of microwaves,UHForRFatELFfrequencieswas
born.
This was developed into a whole array of weapons systems based on the
dramatic effects of pseudo-ELFs on mind controlling, elctro-chemically
zombifying or inducing cancer in victims. ELF or pseudo-ELF was also found
to be able to cut or damage DNA, which partially explains the carcinogenic
effects of pulse or amplitude modulated microwave, UHF or RF.
In Britain, microwave is defined as between 300 MHz to 300 GHz, or in USA
terms above 1 GHz.
RossAdeysresearchwasdoneon450MHzcarriersusedtobroadcast
pseudo-ELFs via pulse or amplitude modulation, his colleagues carried out
the same research at 147 MHz (these frequencies have been defined as UHF
and VHF respectively in US terms).
This research allows the weaponisation of any microwave, UHF or RF
transmitter, if pseudo-ELF could be induced upon it by pulse or amplitude
modulation at ELF frequency. The new science of RMCT spawned a new
range of EM weapons to mind control and murder by use of pseudo-ELF.
For a specific example, the new TETRA system which will be used by the
police and emergency services in the UK for communication, uses between
380 and 400 MHz, which is switched on and off at such a pulse rate that a
pseudo-ELF of 17.6 Hz (17.6 times per second) is produced. this means the
brain and nervous system are hit by pulses of UHF (USA terms) microwave
(UK terms) every 1/17.6th of a second. This is rather like electrochemical
hammer blows to the head at a rate of 17.6 every second. Some of us find
hammer drills irritating to listen to, imagine 17.6 hammer-like blows being
deliveredtothenervousandendocrinalsystem,atacellularlevelmight
this not have a disruptive effect on the organism? Since the cells
communicate to each other in the ELF range, these hammer-like blows of
pseudo-ELF disrupts and derange cellular activities, leading to dysfunction,
behavioural changes and onset of carcinogenic proteins which can lead to
the organism developing tumours.
Mass UK Mind Control Technology Now A Reality
TheUKGovernmentisnowspending2.5milliontofullyimplementa
nation-wide deployment of CIA mind-control technology. The TETRA
system pulses at 17.6 Hz broadcast at 400 MHz which is essentially the
Pandora ProjectfundedbytheCIAinthelate60sandearly70s.DrRoss
Adey, the chief researcher on the Pandora Project has released a video to
leading UK researchers which proves that not only does the TETRA system
cause ELF zombification by massive release of calcium ions in the cerebral
cortex and the nervous system, but the activated calcium ions also cause
massive hormonal disturbances which lead to frenzied imbalances,
emotional and physical states.
This system will be used by all UK police and emergency services by the end
of the year, as the Home Office has sold off all police frequencies, so they are
forced to use the new system.
Use of the TETRA system by the police will lead to psychotronicaly
controlled officers who may be totally controlled in any situation and are
very useful for states of economic or social chaos where extreme and violent
behaviourisneededwithoutanyconsciousormoralcompunctionso
called police robots.
30,000 transmitters will be placed around the country to maximise the
effectsonthelocalUKpopulationmassmindcontrol.Anyonewhohas
complained of these transmitters has received a letter from the Government
informing them that if the transmitters are not positioned where the
Government wishes, there can be no guarantee then of police protection,
which will lead to higher insurance premiums for the householder.
A leading UK newspaper tried to run this story, but had the item quashed
by high-level Government intervention.

Greek Cypriots have been rioting outside the British military base in
Southern Cyprus, protesting against the destruction of 190 foot microwave
towers, which are to be used by the British Army and NATO to broadcast
high-power microwaves.
A Greek MP was arrested by the police and the 1000+ Greek Cypriots
stormed the jail and broke him out.
It appears that these microwave antennae are to be used by the British and
NATO for 2 purposes:
1. A massive build up of NATO forces in Cyprus in order to support Ariel
SharonsforthcominggenocidalwaragainstthePalestiniansandtooccupy
the Lebanon as a so-called peace-keeping force after Israel has sterilised the
area. This situation comes about because ultra-rich Jewish families own the
West via the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England, and most of the
multi-national companies that trade in the so-called free world.
2. The Turkish government has refused NATO carte blanche passage
through itscountryandtheTurkishmilitaryhaverefusedNATOsrequest
that the Turkish armed forces come totally under their control if the need
may arise. This dictates that there is no passage for NATO to support Israel
unless they use Cyprus.
Cyprus is a perfect situ for the NATO strategy of causing war between 2
belligerent parties and then taking over that country as a so-called peace
keepingforceexamplesofthisbeingBosnia,Kosovo,Macedoniawhere
NATO arms,organisesandcoordinatesbothsidesoftheconflictandthe
failed Chechen rebellion which was armed and co-ordinated by America and
Britain. To stir up a war in Cyprus, the British are building these
transmitters with an aim to mind controlling the Greek Cypriots into a
state of mindless violence; the frequency for this being 11.3 Hz, amplitude
or pulse modulated from the microwave transmitters. This frequency will
cause the Cypriots in the South to feel uncontrollable anger and British and
NATO hope will cause a far-ranging conflict in Cyprus so NATO can bomb
the Turks into submission and take over the island as an English stepping-
stone to aid Israel.
This may seem far-fetched, but the British government is in the process of
mind controlling the entire UK population using CIA research from the

will place 30,000 transmitters in every urban conurbation in the UK.
Further to this, the British Army has long experience of using microwaves

Strange cancers which never would occur are being found in many
Catholics and the largest cause of death in Catholics now is cancer. Whole

The microwaving of peace protesters in Greenham Common, a US airbase in
Britain, is common knowledge. The murder and mind control by the British
Army of the entire Catholic community of Northern Ireland is not. Taking
this into account with the TETRA system that seeks to turn British police
and the public into zombies using microwave and elf, the deployment of

The CIA-funded Dr Ross Adey to investigate the mind-controlling and
hormonal-effecting uses of pulse and amplitude-modulated microwave and
RF (radio frequencies). Ross Adey experimented with 450MHz, which in the
UK system is microwave, as the British take 400MHz to 400GHz as
microwave. His associate, Dr Blackmore, experimented with RF frequencies
at around 150MHz. This was developed by the British Army, the Secret
Police, into a variety of pulse-modulated, or amplitude modulated, radio
frequency or microwave transmitters, which focussed on the target ELF
which had bioactive effects to kill or mind control their targets. The
amplitude or pulse modulation of the carrier wave allows the British
Army/Secret Police (MI5) operatives to induce ELF frequencies on the
victim, even though the carrier wave is in the RF or microwave range.
British Build Their Own 21st Century Version of HAARP in Greek Cyprus
The British Army are building an immensely expensive ultra-sophisticated
version of HAARP, the US mind-control/weather-control weapon of mass
destruction, in their large army base at Greek Cyprus. 200 metre antennae
are being constructed, powered by megawatt power stations to fire pulse
radio frequency at between 8 and 16 MHz. Apart from its use as over-the-
horizon RADAR, the pulse modulation of the RF can be modulated at ELF
frequency to mind control the surrounding countries. The British have
stated it is targeted on Iran and Iraq and like the system in Norway, which

allows focussed beams of megawatt RF to be targeted on Baghdad, Tehran,

inversions, which can literally knock aircraft out of the sky.
Considering Southern Cyprus allows this British super-HAARP to attack
Turkey, Russia, the Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and other
surrounding areas, its deployment by the British Army puts them on par
with the Americans as a military superpower. Considering their track-
record of microwave genocide in Northern Ireland, the use of CIA research
by Dr Ross Adey, in the form of TETRA, to mind control British Police and
the UK population, the targets of the British super-HAARP should not be
surprised if murder and mind control are beamed down upon them with
megawatt ferocity by the British Army.
