Recomendaciones para elaborar roscas con macho

1. Se debe hacer girar en redondo el macho, evitando el cabeceo

2. Debe haber lubricacin abundante.
3. Se debe hacer la penetracin de una vuelta y el retroceso del macho para que la viruta salga y no se tape
la rosca.

el dado de la terraja debe estar limpio y bien lubricado.

se debe hacer girar a la terraja en redondo y sin cabeceo.
el perno a roscar deber estar preparado con un chafln en la punta a 45
la terraja debe colocarse de manera perpendicular a el perno a roscar.
se debe hacer girar la terraja una vuelta y regresarla para desalojar la viruta.
debe haber lubricacin abundante.

Caractersticas de los pernos milimtricos

La resistencia del perno est determinada por su dimetro y por el material del cual est
hecho. Las dimensiones del perno estn descritas en ms abajo.
La resistencia y tipo de acero del perno estn marcados en alto relieve en la cabeza de
los pernos. Los pernos de la serie milimtrica usados en mecnica estn fabricados
segn las normas DIN 931 (y otros); mientras que los pernos usados en estructuras
estn fabricados segn las normas DIN 6914 (y otras).
