Good Morning God!

You are ushering in another day,
untouched and freshly new.
So here I am to ask you, God,
if You'll renew me too.

Forgive the many errors that I made yesterday

and let me try again dear God
to walk closer in Your way.

A Prayer FOR A FAMILY

O dear Jesus,
I humbly implore You to grant Your special graces to our family.

Dear Father, who answers our prayers,

Help me to be steadfast in my praying to you,
even to stay awake that I may pray!
Fill my life with thanksgiving to you.
O God, I pray for all your servants everywhere

Christ crucified, glorified, and coming,

Heavenly Father,
I awoke this morning in a bad mood,
and I have been unable to shake it so far.
Everything bothers me and
everyone rubs me the wrong way.
I just cannot seem to get my true bearings.
Help me to think of your salvation,
your countless gifts and overwhelming love for me.
Let me relax and forget life's cares
 by placing myself wholly into your hands.
Grant that this mood will soon pass
and I will be able to bask in your love
and communicate it to others.

Father in Heaven,
You made me Your child
and called me to walk in the Light of Christ.
Free me from darkness
and keep me in the Light of Your Truth.

Say 3 "Hail Mary..."

MIRACULOUS 54 DAYS ROSARY NOVENA

Church history reveals to us that on March 3, 1884, Our Lady of Pompeii

appeared before the gravely ill daughter of an Italian military officer.
Through her, Our Lady gave the world the miraculous devotion of the 54
days Rosary Novena.

For over a year, Fortuna Agrelli had been in great distress even near
death. So serious was her illness that her case had been given-up as
hopeless by the most celebrated physicians. In desperation, on February
16 th, the afflicted girl and her family began a novena of Rosaries.

One evening two weeks later, the Queen of the Holy Rosary appeared to
Fortuna. Sitting upon a high throne, surrounded by luminous figures, Our
Lady was holding the Divine Child on her lap and a Rosary in her hand.
Both were arrayed in golden garments and were accompanied by Sts.
Dominic and Catherine of Siena.

Our Lady said, "Child, your faith has pleased me. Whoever desires to
obtain favours from me should make three Novenas of the prayers of the
Rosary, and three Novenas in thanksgiving."

Obedient to Our Lady's invitation, Fortuna and her family completed the
six novenas whereupon the young girl was restored to perfect health and
her family showered with many blessings.
 The Devotion of the Miraculous Rosary Novena

To complete one Novena, a person must say the Rosary for 9 days. Three
Novenas of 9 days must be said to obtain the favour. Then, three more
Novenas must be said in Thanksgiving. In total, there must be 27 days of
Rosary prayers to obtain the favour and 27 days of Rosary prayers in
Thanksgiving. This makes a total of 54 days.

Whether the prayer intention has been received or not after the first 27
days (3 Novenas), the person must still say the 3 Rosary prayer Novenas
(27 days) in Thanksgiving.

From day to day, the meditations are in accordance with the guideline
followed in the Catholic Church. These included the Joyful Mysteries, the
Sorrowful Mysteries, the Glorious Mysteries and the Mysteries of Light.

PRAYER BEFORE THE ROSARY

Queen of the Holy Rosary,

you have designed to come to Fatima,
to reveal to the three shepherd children,
the treasures of grace hidden in the Rosary.

I ask it by all your care to protect the Sacred Child and His Immaculate
Mother during your second journey, when you were ordered to return to
your own country. I ask it by your peaceful life in Nazareth where you met
with so many joys and sorrows.

I ask it by your great distress when the adorable Child was lost to you and
His Mother for three days. I ask it by your joy at finding Him in the
Temple, and by the comfort you found at Nazareth, while living in the
company of the Child Jesus. I ask it by the wonderful submission He
showed in His obedience to you.

I ask it by the perfect love and conformity you showed in accepting the
Divine order to depart from this life, and from the company of Jesus and
Mary. I ask it by the joy which filled your soul, when the Redeemer of the
world, triumphant over death and hell, entered into the possession of His
kingdom and led you into it with special honors.

I ask it through Mary's glorious Assumption, and through that endless

happiness you have with her in the presence of God.

O good father! I beg you, by all your sufferings, sorrows, and joys, to hear
me and obtain for me what I ask.
