Non-Segregated Phase Bus Duct
GE Bus Duct Systems are custom designed to meet GEs high quality standards as well as specific project requirements, such
as climatic conditions, site environments, equipment terminations, space restrictions and limitations. These and many other
application requirements are evaluated to provide the optimum system to meet the projects needs. GE Bus Duct Systems
connect to equipment in any number of combinations, including switchgear to switchgear, switchgear to transformers, and
generators to auxiliary compartments.

Non-segregated phase bus duct standard features
Voltage range: 600V, 5kV & 15Kv
Amperage ratings: 1200 to 5000A
Copper conductors
Electrostatically applied powder epoxy insulated
conductors on 5kV and higher
Applications include connections between:
Transformers & switchgear
Motor control centers & large motors
Main generator lead for small generators
Conductor mounts
Custom molded fiberglass reinforced
polyester blocks
Post insulators
No metallic barriers between phase conductors
of adjacent phases
Weather-proof outdoor enclosures
Enclosure serves as the ground conductor
for the system
Non-segregated phase bus duct options
Voltages up to 38kV
Aluminum conductors with tin-plated joints
Ventilated enclosures available for indoor
Ground bus full length copper
Special colors available
Wet-process or epoxy post insulators
Wall penetration accessories, including vapor
