General:
- All P&IDs are still very preliminary. They need
to be updated sufficiently for further detail
review.
- P&IDs shall be also subject to further review
and approval by COMPANY (Petronas)

2. Drawing 76630-101
To indicate battery limit line (BL) clearly and tie-
in point tag name (as given on the GA
drawings).

This comment is applicable for all tie-in points.

3. Drawing 76630-101
Use legend ''LCP'' for Local Control Panel. The
command signal should be from LCP, not to
LCP, please correct the symbol. (see attached
drawing with comments)
In addition, please clarify this will be electric or
pneumatic signal. The symbol used in drawing
indicates tubing, means pneumatic. Please
confirm.
Electric signal is preferred.

This is typical comment applicable for all other
similar signal

4. Drawing 76630-101
To provide SDV on the scrubber drain line for
emergency shutdown from LCP.
To provide temporary strainer for
commissioning & start-up (Removable)
Please clarify what is the cooling medium used
for inter & after gas coolers. Note that platform
does not have cooling water system.
To clarify the position of Start Gas Vent on
Package Vent Header.
Vendor to show the interfacing signals between
LCP and COMPANY control system in the P&ID
(see attached drawing with comments).

Vendor to provide:
- Relief load calculation (PSV and Blowdown)
including minimum temperature experienced
during blowdown
- Liquid Low low level protection should be
provided for V-101 and V-201
- Setting points (pressure, temperature, level)

6. Drawing 76630-102
Vendor To provide:
- P&ID for Machinery Monitoring System.
Compressor Rod drop detection, Compressor &
Engine vibration detection, Compressor &
Engine bearing temperature detection, speed
sensor are normally required.
- P&ID for Instrument Gas System to all
required instruments.
- P&ID for Engine Air Intake System and
Combustion Gas System.
- Utility consumptions (separately)
- Electrical load consumption list (separately)

P&ID
EJW Pump & Aux Pump should be shaft driven.
Please confirm.
Please confirm the position for Engine Oil

Drawing 76630-102 Lube Oil
P&ID
To clarify how lube oil will be supplied to the
engine and compressor after emergency
shutdown.
To show cylinder lubrication system. Note that
cylinder lubrication oil must be separate from
compressor frame lube oil.
To provide compressor prelube oil pump (not
manual pump).
To show in detail engine lube oil system.
Please clarify clearly the purpose of Lube Oil In
and Lube Oil Drain connections.
With the packing vent and packing drain
combined, Pot is required to separate liquid and
gas.

Drawing 76630-102 Fuel &
Start P&ID
There is only one FG tie-in connection shown
on GA. But this P&ID shows two connections.
Please check and confirm. One tie-in
connection is preferred.
Please revise the symbol of PCV on the Start
Gas line.
The prelube pump shall be running for some
time before starting. How this can be achieved
with this arrangement of prelube system?
Please check and confirm.

10. Drawing 1090-3
Add tie-in connection for combustion exhaust
pipe (outlet of GT Silencer) and provide
sufficient connection information for this tie-in
point.
Consider option to separate into sub-skid for
offshore installation using platform crane (15MT
SWL) if achievable in separate drawings. If not,
provide justification.
To provide and show drip pan drain connection.
To confirm if any electric motor & heater is
used. If any, please provide Location of motors,
heaters, terminal box, and cable entries
information (e.g. gland size) for Purchaser cable
routing.
