RESUMEN
La actual tesina, plantea la problemtica que presenta un artculo de la
Ley General de Salud, la cual es En qu medida la limitacin del
artculo 7, primer prrafo ltima

parte de la Ley General de Salud

vulnera el derecho a la procreacin de la mujer infrtil?, por lo que ser

necesario realizar una investigacin a travs de las cuales se
emplearan diversos mtodos de investigacin, recoleccin de datos y
anlisis, los mismos que nos permitirn llegar a una conclusin
partiendo de la hiptesis planteada por la autora, la cual es En la
medida en que el artculo 7 primer prrafo ltima parte, establece que
se podr procrear mediante tcnicas de reproduccin asistida siempre
que la condicin de madre gentica recaiga sobre la misma persona,
vulnera el derecho a la procreacin de la mujer infrtil lo cual slo es
posible a travs de la contratacin de hiptesis una vez finalizada la
investigacin, la que naci debido a los nuevos avances cientficos que
han generado un cambio en la sociedad, por lo tanto, es obligatorio
revisar los planteamientos individuales y colectivos respecto al tema,
debido al progreso de la medicina y la biologa, las cuales suscitan
grandes esperanzas, pero tambin ocasionan dilemas para el hombre
comn y para los especialistas, sean mdicos, bilogos, cientficos,
filsofos o juristas, teniendo como primordial preocupacin la dignidad
de la persona y el cuestionamiento en relacin con su respeto con la
aplicacin de la nueva tecnologa.
Fue necesaria la aparicin de estas nuevas situaciones, que permitan
que sea necesaria una mejor regulacin de los comportamientos, los
cuales derivan de la aplicacin de los avances cientficos; por esta
razn el objetivo de esta investigacin, es identificar la problemtica
jurdicos que tienen las mujeres infrtiles en nuestro pas, para
salvaguardar y custodiar sus derechos a la procreacin.

ABSTRACT

The current thesis raises the issues presented by an article of the General
Health Law, which is: Whats the limitation of Article 7, first paragraph last
part of the General Health Law violates the right to women's reproductive
infertile?, so it will be necessary to investigate through which employ
different research methods, data collection and analysis, they allow us to
reach a conclusion on the assumption raised by the author, which is "to the

infertile woman" as which is only possible through the recruitment of
hypotheses after the investigation, he was born due to new scientific

common man and for specialists, are doctors, biologists, scientists,
