4. Product registration in Nigeria.
The OG products sold in Nigeria are in compliance with the local directives and are registered with the National
Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

5. Requirements for becoming an OG Distributor in Nigeria.
1. Applicant must be a resident of Nigeria.
2. Applicant must be at least 21 years old and have full legal capacity to contract as in effect under the civil
sphere of Nigeria.
3. Applicant agrees to abide by the official Company Policies and Procedures and warrant that they understand
the compensation requirements specified in the Organo Gold Compensation Plan.
4. Applicant must provide a copy of government issued ID (i.e. International Passport, National ID, Drivers
License, Voters ID or Students ID) during enrollment for income reporting purposes. It is the sole
responsibility of the applicant/Distributor to ensure that they are functioning within the scope of their
presence in Nigeria.

6. Registration procedure for becoming an OG Distributor in Nigeria

5.1 Applicants must visit Organo Gold Nigeria office to present filled registration form together with a copy of
any government issued ID.
5.2 Applicants who wish to register online must enroll through the Internet via Organo Gold Website,
Replicating Website or Distributor Back Office (On any one of these three sites, select Nigeria in the menu)






The only purchase requirement to become a Distributor is that of a Business Entry Kit, which includes: one (1)
Starter Kit Folder, Product brochure, Compensation plan brochure, application form, price list, products samples
and 1 year back office access.

7. Registration of a business entity (DBA) as an OG Distributor in Nigeria.
At the moment, a business entity cannot register as an OG Distributor. You can only register as an individual.

8. Promotional Builder packs available in Nigeria.
There are three Promotional Builder Packs available in Nigeria: Bronze, Silver, or Gold. You can choose the pack
that best suits your needs. The purchase of Promotional Builder Packs is optional.
9. Promotional Builder Upgrade packs available in Nigeria.
There are three Promotional Builder Packs upgrades available in Nigeria: Bronze to Silver, Bronze to Gold, and
Silver to Gold. You can choose to upgrade to the pack that best suits your needs. The purchase of Promotional
Builder Packs is optional.

11. Product prices, retail prices, CV, and PV/QV information for Nigeria.
This information can be found in the BackOffice under Documents - Nigeria.

12. VAT in Nigeria.
A 5% Value Added Tax is applicable to all purchases.

13. Accepted payment methods.

14. Autoship.
Autoship program is temporarily unavailable.
15. Training on the OG Compensation Plan.
A copy of the Compensation Plan can be found in your BackOffice under the Documents section. Please contact
your Upline Sponsor if you require further clarification regarding the details of the Compensation Plan. Your Upline
Sponsor will be able to explain the plan and answer any questions.

16. Commission Payments.
- Monthly commission/bonuses are paid via Local Bank Transfer on the 20th day of the month (or closest
succeeding business day).
- Weekly commission/bonuses are paid via Local Bank Transfer on the 2nd Thursday following every commission
period.

Please note that the commission payout system is in Naira and an administration fee of 2.50 USD applies every
time a commission is treated. In accordance with the tax rules, Organo Gold Nigeria is obliged to deduct 5% of the
commission as withholding tax for remittance to the Nigerian tax authorities.

17. Account Opening for Distributors.
Opening a bank account is a requirement to register at Organo Gold Nigeria. Distributors are highly encouraged to
obtain debit cards to ensure speedy transaction when purchasing and doing registrations online or in-store (POS).
The same bank account is where commissions will be credited.
18. Releasing of products to Distributors in Nigeria.
Distributors can visit Organo Gold Nigeria office at 31/37 Toyin St, Ikeja, Lagos or log on to Organo Gold website to
place their orders. Payment can be done through the following options:

- In-store Payment (POS) after placing an order at the sales counter, the distributor must present his debit
card/credit card for payment. For credit cards, they must be accompanied by any government issued IDs
(International Passport, National ID, Drivers License or Voters ID). Once payment is done, distributor will
proceed to releasing counter to claim products.

- Bank Transfer after placing an order in-store, online or over the phone, distributor must visit the nearest bank
or access his account online to perform the transfer and contact Organo Gold office 48-72 hours after the
transfer was done to verify the payment. After confirmation of payment, distributor must visit the office to claim
products.

- Mobile App Payment after placing an order in-store, online or over the phone, distributor must do the transfer
using his handset and contact Organo Gold office 48-72 hours after the transfer was done to verify payment.
After confirmation of payment, distributor must visit the office to claim products.

- Online Payment (Debit Card Only) after placing an order and paying online, the distributor must visit Organo
Gold office to claim products by presenting the order number and an ID to the releasing counter.






19. Procedure for product return/exchange in Nigeria.

To return a product for replacement, the distributor or retail customer must follow the following procedures:

- Only defective product must be returned for replacement (sealed sachets but no contents or caked contents).

- Customer must bring the product together with copy of official invoice/receipt at Organo Gold Nigeria Sales
Center and surrender to Receiving and Dispatching Unit (RDU).

- The RDU In-charge will check product for any defect like empty sachets inside the box (sealed but no contents)
or caked contents.

- RDU In-charge will check the date of invoice and expiry date of returned product.

- If defect was found to be from the manufacturing, same product will be issued to the customer as replacement.
Defective product cannot be replaced by different merchandise having different value and commissionable
volume.

- A replacement form must be accomplished by In-charge showing Quantity of Products, Description, Date of
Purchase and Remarks.

- The form must be forwarded to the Operations Manager for approval.

- Approved form will return to RDU for releasing of replacement product.

- Defective product must be returned for replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- After 30 days, no product will be entitled for replacement.

20. Procedure for Repurchases (Buy Back) upon cancellation or termination of the Distributor Agreement in
Nigeria.
