Also, it is necessary for students to learn about the passengers of the Mayflower and their contributions.

Objective Students will explore the journey of the Mayflower on an interactive webpage. Students will read and select two passengers that were on the Mayflower. Students will list facts about the Mayflower and their two passengers by creating a Did You Know? booklet.
Materials: -Laptops -Construction paper -Scissors -Glue -Coloring utensils
Objective Intuitive Students will write a journal as if they were a passenger on the Mayflower. Students will interview each other. One will be the passenger, the other being the interviewer. They will choose three questions each. They will then switch roles. The students will present their interviews to the class.
Materials: -List of interview questions -Ink pens -Old rustic paper
Intuitive Positive/Strengths Positive/Strengths Students will list the Pros of traveling on the Mayflower.

Materials: -Laptops -Pencil -Paper Negatives/Weaknesses Creative Creative Students will read page 12 in the Mayflower Handbook. Students will come up with a new activity they would have played on the Mayflower within a group. Students will create the activity and share with the class. (This activities will be used later on for leisure time.)
Materials: -Mayflower Handbook -Coloring utensils -Construction paper -Scissors -Glue *Supply materials depending on what the students come up with Thinking About Thinking Thinking About Thinking Students will answer questions about the Mayflower and its journey. Students will then discuss how grateful they are to have the amenities they have now that the pilgrims did not have in the past.
