n Measurements of your wirelines taper should be done
monthly. At your deepest depth, with a micrometer
record the x and y axis reading. Do this every 1,000
as you come out of the hole. Cut the line at the point
where the measurement is outside the tolerence of
your CeramaSeal Grease Tubes. Keeping in tolerance
will allow the seals to work at their highest efciency

1. Thick, strong concentric casing with replaceable casing wear pad provides extended life over
conventional volute designs. The concentric design minimizes turbulence and abrasive wear. The
wear pad allows the casing to be repaired at a lower cost than replacing the entire casing.

Cutting Time - Cutting Costs
The Chemical Cutter eliminates the time loss and
expenses incurred when a second try is necessary
Cutting Debris
The unique design of this Chemical Cutter means
100% junk-free cutting. Debris is eliminated causing
no complications in subsequent down-hole work.
Eliminating Damage
Flare, burrs and distortions of any kind are eliminated
on any kind of tubing that has been cut. Damage to
adjacent strings of tubing or casing is ELIMINATED.
Safety
The Chemical Cylinder seal disks require a minimum
of 9,000 psi to rupture; therefore, premature ring in
the well due to hydro-static pressure is practically
eliminated

Ancoring Slips cannot be dislodged when the tool is
removed from the well. There are no ying parts to
cause injury.
The Pressure Relief Sub adds additional safety. If
youre in a heavy mud environment and there is
trapped pressure, this component allows the operator
to relieve the pressure while the tube is still suspended
in the tubing at the wellhead
Perforating
The Tool can be adapted to perforate one to twelve
holes on the same plane to establish circulation or
equalize pressure.
