Why do you think you deserve to be moved up to sous corporal?: I dont soley thin
k i deserve but since i used to be an LCorperal for 3 weeks in the 3eVolt (until
they screwed up everyones rank with 2 system changes) and that i was in the 47t
h for a time i thought i could apply my experience voluntarily. I cant say i min
d if im promoted or not, this is more of a try

less active, but plenty of time for me to do my job.

eadership experience, I have skills that can be used to improve the regiment if
I am put into a future leadership position.

deserve the rank of sous corporal, because of my high attendance, working mic, a
bove average shooting/melee skills, I'm active with regiment outside training/ev
ents, my age/maturity level, I already take some responsibilities that a person
at that rank would be required to do, most members seem to have a positive opini
on of me, and I'd like to gain more responsibility in the regiment & I would tak
e it very seriously.

d have this position just because i want to be further involved in the Reg. One
thing you shoul know, is for about 60% of the linebattles i cant use a mic. My
mic is really sketchy at times so its on a day to day basis. I can Help train ea
rly in the day however because for some reason it works better then. TBH i have
no idea why my mic does that but it does.
