Dear Friend,

Thank you for taking time to understand the heart and mind of Michael Grant And
Company, LLC (MGC). I am so honored and privileged to share my heart and concern
for others through this organization. This business is built around making others
successful, period.

Through so many experiences in business, good and bad, I realized that my heart was not
just into making money but more so into helping others. In my early stages of my first
business, I found myself receiving great satisfaction through providing products that
excited my customers! That was the start of identifying that passion although I didnt
know it at the time.

I am passionate about business, and to this day, I still dont know the exact reasoning
behind it; I can assume that my passion originates from me having some great successes
and some terrible failures in business early on. I believe this is why I wanted to become an
advocate for entrepreneurs and business-owners. I became devoted to helping others
avoid the pitfalls in business. I found myself having great fulfillment as I helped others
and solved problems in business. Thus, as the structure of MGC was revealed to me, I
realized that I would be fulfilling my God-given purpose as I operate through this
organization. That purpose is to display the love and wisdom of God through commerce.
Needless to say, this is so much more than just a business to me. This business was the
ultimate thing that gave me a sense of direction, purpose, and self-worth as I made some
much needed changes in life. I saw that I had the natural talent to be good at business
but that was not enough for me. I needed purpose. I became a better person in every area
of life because of this organization.

Our History
Michael Grant And Company, LLC (MGC) was established in early 2006 through the
vision of Michael Grant Jr. As a business owner at the time, Mr. Grant realized that if
businesses had the proper structure and resources in place, their chances of success would be
increased exponentially. Mr. Grant was making several thousand dollars per day in the
footwear and clothing business but still encountered setbacks due to the lack of structure and
resources. These experiences began to solidify for him that there is a major need for an
organization to assist businesses in various efforts! As a result, Mr. Grant and several
advisors, mentors, and associates developed a perfect structure to assist businesses with
concerns involving structuring and resource development. It took three years to complete the
structure, and MGC was launched in 2009.

Michael Grant And Company, LLC opened its doors to the corporate market on February 9,
2009. Upon letting friends, family, and associates know about the company, MGC had eight
corporate accounts already waiting on its services! This proved that there was a need for a
company like MGC. Clients began to be empowered, because until MGC, there was no
company on the market that was available to assist companies with business structuring and
helping them to acquire the resources and relationships they would need to make their
business run smoother. MGC not only established its niche but proved that the system that
took three years to develop worked like a charm.

structure and resources to compete in todays economy while also setting up structures and
opportunities to eventually level the playing field for individuals who have the ability to run a
successful business but may lack the resources.

By fulfilling its mission, MGC will improve the economy by building more solid companies,

improve the economy because MGC has the structure in place to make almost any business
endeavor successful of course, only if it too has the proper structure and resources in place.
