Formulate A Plan

Below are the Global Leadership Performance Outcomes that you need to display proficiency with to
complete the second part of your capstone project. Each bolded performance outcome is followed by a
list of I can statements to help you understand what it means to display proficiency in that outcome.

You will display your proficiency with the outcomes below via a class presentation. You will create a
PowerPoint or Prezi where you outline your plan of action. This plan needs to include your plan for how
to address your issue, a list of potential collaborators, a communication plan, and a draft of the chosen
form(s) of communication. You will also need to create a feedback form that each member of your
Capstone class will complete based upon your presentation. The goal of the feedback form is to solicit
feedback about areas of strength and areas of improvement in your plan and your communication.

LEAD11-12.ACT1. Identify collaborators across disciplines and industries, and create opportunities for
individual and collaborative action to improve a situation, event, issue, or phenomena.

impact, taking into account previous approaches, varied perspectives, and/or potential consequences.

advantages and disadvantages of various actions to improve conditions based on their potential
for success, and taking into account similar actions in the past, different points-of-view, and the
consequences of the actions.

action to improve conditions. It also means that the plan must address the potential for success,
and take into account similar actions in the past, different points-of-view, and the consequences
