    Every sentence we write starts with a preposition for, you have two verbs which are is and

    are, and the word that follows the verb is the word with,
    a) A prepositional phrase: is phrase that starts with a preposition and ends with noun (or a pronoun).
    b) A definite article: An article that introduces a noun and specifies it as the particular noun that is being
    considered; in English, the only definite article is the.
    c) A phrase is a group of words without a subject and a verb, acting as one part of speech

    language , which activates mail fraud banking, title 18 sec 1341 .
