Employee benefit
Gratuity
• Gratuity is entitlement for all permanent personnel of
the company having continuous service of one year.
• It will not be payable to personnel who is
dismissed or discharge owing to
misconduct.
• It will be payable to the permanent
personnel at the time of their sepration
from the company as per detail below.

• This policy will cover all permanent DWP group personnel.
• Sum insured of the personnel as per detailed below.

Loan policy

Loan request guide lines


• Personnel loan is not matter of any right rather a gesture from
company towards its personnel.
• The facility will be used in a discretionary manner rather than in
routine.

Service length
A permanent personal who has completed one year of his service is
eligible to apply for loan once in three years.

Disbursement of loan
It depends upon the availability of funds, acceptance/ rejection of loan
request is management’s discretion and will be considered on case of
case bases.

Loan limit
Maximum loan limit is three months gross salary of personal.

Recovery period of loan


It will be recovered in 10 equal monthly installments and
adjustments of loan will start from the persona’s next month salary.

Education loan policy


Request guideline

• Education loan is not a meter of any right rather than a gesture


from company towards its personnel to improve their
qualification.
• Deserving permanent personnel are only entitled for the loan.
• It depends upon the availability of the funds.
• The cost of education program will be share as :
• 50% of the program by the company
• 50% of the program by the personnel
• The personnel have to sign indemnity bond and surety bond
(specimen attached) on the approval of the request.
• The deserving personal will send his request (along-with
prospectus, program to study, name of the institution, total cost,
duration of cost and commencing date etc to his concerned head.
• The concerned head will approve the request to gm
• The concern gm will forward the request to hr department
• The hr department studies the request and negotiated the concern
institution.
• The hr department will complete the case in all respect and
forward CEO the final approval.
• On approval from the CEO concerned personnel will sign the
indemnity bond and surety bond.
• The loan amount will be disbursed to the intuition concerned
