Friday 18 to Sunday 20 July 2014

Getting On To Site ...

On arrival, please report to the Echo Gate entrance that is located on Lido Road, Guildford GU1 1HB.
On Stoke Road there is a roundabout outside the entrance to Guildford College. Take the exit signposted for the
Lido (this is Lido Road). Go past the Lido on the left, follow the path round and turn right just before the bowling
club.

There is no parking here. You will need to use the free public car park and walk to Lido Road entrance to get
your wristbands.

Echo Gate is open: Friday and Sunday Midday/12pm to 8pm
Make sure that you arrive between these times to collect wristbands

Your name will be on our Guest List, which is confirmed in advance.

Anyone not on the Guest List will not be able to get in. There are no exceptions to this. To gain entrance
you will be asked for photographic ID*. Without this you WILL NOT be able to get in no matter how
much fuss you make.

Acceptable ID includes: Passport, Student Card or other photo ID. A good colour photocopy is also acceptable.

If you are performing on both Friday and Sunday, you will be given a wristband to enjoy the
Festival for the whole weekend.

Arriving For Your Performance
If you are performing on the Friday, you need to collect your wristband by 7.30pm and be ready to perform, in
the tent, no later than 8pm. If you are performing on the Sunday, you need to collect your wristband by
2.30pm and be ready to perform, in the tent, no later than 3pm. Traffic during the Festival can be particularly
busy, so please allow for this in your journey time. Dont be late - you will not be able to perform if you
are.

upgrade to weekend camping, please contact us personally to discuss this.

I give permission for my child to perform in the Theatre Tent at GuilFest between Friday 18 and
Sunday 20 July 2014.

I understand that if my child is performing on either Friday or Sunday, that they will be given a wristband for the
full day. If they are performing on both days, they will be given a weekend wristband.

I understand that The Man In The Moon is not able to provide adult supervision outside of the
Theatre Tent and that my child will be responsible for collecting their wristband from the Echo Gate and
making their way to and from the Theatre Tent each day.

I will make clear arrangements with my child as to where and when they will be picked up following their
performance and understand that this is an arrangement made between my child and myself. The Man In The
Moon will not be responsible for my child keeping to these arrangements.
