You are invited to participate in a research study titled To examine the purpose of Facebook
usage among Facebookers. This study is being conducted by Nursyamimi Filzah Binti Ishak,
Winnie Ak Mitol@Jimel, Nur Mimi Adila Binti Ismail and Zaid Bin Marsus. We are students in
Universiti Teknologi MARA Terengganu, Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons). Business
Computing under the supervision of Dr. Hasiah Binti Mohamed @ Omar. The purpose of this
study is to examine the purpose of Facebook usage among the Facebook user.

In this study, you will be asked to complete an electronic survey. Your participation in this study
is voluntary and you are free to withdraw your participation from this study at any time. The
survey should take only 5 to 10 minutes to complete. While you will not experience any direct
benefits from participation, information collected in this study may benefit in the future by better
understanding in Facebook usage.
