These license terms are an agreement between Microsoft Corporation (or based on where you live, one
of its affiliates) and you. Please read them. They apply to the software named above, which includes the
media on which you received it, if any. The terms also apply to any Microsoft
updates,
supplements,
nternet!based services, and
support services
for this software, unless other terms accompany those items. f so, those terms apply.

-' INSTALLATION AND .SE RIG/TS' "ou may install and use any number of copies of the software
on your devices to design, develop and test your programs.
0' T/IRD PART1 PROGRAMS AND NOTICES' The software includes third party code. The third party code
included in the software is licensed to you by Microsoft under this license agreement, rather than licensed
to you by any third party under some other license terms. #otices, if any, for this third party code are
included with the software and may also be found in the ThirdParty#otices.t$t file.
2' INTERNET+BASED SER3ICES' Microsoft provides nternet!based services with the software. t may
change or cancel them at any time.
!' Consent fo" Inte"net+B!se( Se",i$es' The software feature described below connects to
Microsoft or service provider computer systems over the nternet. n some cases, you will not
receive a separate notice when they connect. "ou may switch off this feature or not use it. %or
more information about this feature, see the software documentation. By using this fe!tu"e# you
$onsent to the t"!ns&ission of this info"&!tion' Microsoft does not use the information to
identify or contact you.
i. Co&%ute" Info"&!tion' The following feature uses nternet protocols, which send to the
appropriate systems computer information, such as your nternet protocol address, the type
of operating system, browser and name and version of the software you are using, and the
language code of the device where you installed the software. Microsoft uses this information
to ma&e the nternet!based service available to you.
'uperPreview (nline 'ervice. The )$pression *eb software contains an online service
feature that allows you to use certain browsers to preview e$isting web pages+ to view
your newly created webpages+ or, view webpages on your local intranet. *hen the
'uperPreview client application starts it will always attempt to contact the 'uperPreview
online service through a process called ,-iscovery.. f the 'uperPreview client is signed
up with the online service, discovery will return both the list of available remote browsers
with icons and a list of disabled browser versions that are &nown to not wor& with
'uperPreview. -iscovery will return results depending on the configuration of the
'uperPreview client. (nce discovery returns information to the 'uperPreview client, the
user!interface of the 'uperPreview client may be updated if changes occurred. / modal
dialog will appear, notifying you of what changes too& place+ whether a browser was
added, removed, or updated. %or web pages on your local machine, and for sites
identified as being part of an intranet, the 'uperPreview client creates a 0ip pac&age of
the web page you are attempting to preview, including all assets associated with that
page (C'' files, images, 1ava'cript code, etc). The 'uperPreview client then transmits
this pac&age to the online service. The online service then e$tracts the pac&age to
temporary space and previews the page with the remote browsers selected by the
'uperPreview client. /fter previewing is complete the pac&age is deleted from the
temporary space. The online service will then return to the 'uperPreview client an image
render and positioning data as described above.
ii. .se of Info"&!tion' *e may use the computer information, and search suggestion
information, to improve our software and services. *e may also share it with others, such as
hardware and software vendors. They may use the information to improve how their products
run with Microsoft software.
4' SCOPE OF LICENSE' The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights
to use the software. Microsoft reserves all other rights. 2nless applicable law gives you more rights
despite this limitation, you may use the software only as e$pressly permitted in this agreement. n
doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in
certain ways. "ou may not
wor& around any technical limitations in the software+
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, e$cept and only to the e$tent that
applicable law e$pressly permits, despite this limitation+
ma&e more copies of the software than specified in this agreement or allowed by applicable law,
despite this limitation+
publish the software for others to copy+
rent, lease or lend the software+
transfer the software or this agreement to any third party+ or
use the software for commercial software hosting services.
4' DOC.MENTATION' /ny person that has valid access to your computer or internal networ& may copy
and use the documentation for your internal, reference purposes.
5' EXPORT RESTRICTIONS' The software is sub3ect to 2nited 'tates e$port laws and regulations. "ou
must comply with all domestic and international e$port laws and regulations that apply to the
software. These laws include restrictions on destinations, end users and end use. %or additional
information, see www.microsoft.com4e$porting.
6' S.PPORT SER3ICES' 5ecause this software is ,as is,. we may not provide support services for it.
7' ENTIRE AGREEMENT' This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates, nternet!based
services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement for the software and support
services.
8' APPLICABLE LAW'
!' .nite( St!tes' f you ac6uired the software in the 2nited 'tates, *ashington state law governs
the interpretation of this agreement and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of
laws principles. The laws of the state where you live govern all other claims, including claims
under state consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort.
)' Outsi(e the .nite( St!tes' f you ac6uired the software in any other country, the laws of that
country apply.
-9' LEGAL EFFECT' This agreement describes certain legal rights. "ou may have other rights under the
laws of your country. "ou may also have rights with respect to the party from whom you ac6uired the
software. This agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your country if the laws of
your country do not permit it to do so.

This limitation applies to
anything related to the software, services, content (including code) on third party nternet sites, or
third party programs+ and
claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability,
negligence, or other tort to the e$tent permitted by applicable law.

above limitation or e$clusion may not apply to you because your country may not allow the e$clusion
or limitation of incidental, conse6uential or other damages.
