The examination venues are the Margaret Preston Hall, Cu1, Ch5 or L6
You will be informed of any variations to session times or locations.
Assemble quietly on the Principals lawn 20 minutes prior to starting time. Be on time. Late arrivals are a distraction to other candidates and will be noted in the Examination Log. You will be asked to move into the Margaret Preston Hall so that you are seated 10 minutes before the exam is due to start and Reading Time can begin.
Bring all necessary equipment for each examination. Borrowing items during an exam is an unnecessary distraction to other candidates and will not be permitted.
ATTENDANCE Attendance is required ONLY for the examination you are sitting.
Private study locations will be available at school between examinations. If unable to attend due to sickness/illness, you must ring the school before 9am
on the morning of your exam. A doctors certificate and misadventure form must be presented on the day of return. Failure to do this may result in a zero award.
EQUIPMENT - Students are only to bring clear plastic pencil cases into the Margaret Preston Hall. Paper, books, mobile phones or electronic devices are not allowed into the hall.
READING TIME - All written exams have 5 minutes reading time except English which has 10 minutes. No talking or writing in this period.
EARLY DEPARTURE - Not permitted without authorisation from DP.
UNIFORM - Students are to wear school uniform. Students who are out of uniform are to be directed to report to the Deputy Principal immediately after the exam. This will be recorded in the exam log.
