What did you think of the school?

Today is my first day in ALOULA School, I think this modern school will be
helpful for any students who would like to train and learn from the expert
teachers. As I see there are many games for children to develop their motor
and fine skills. In addition to that I would like to minion the internal design
witch look suitable for children and to be attracted for them, It have plenty
of colors witch make the place beauty At the beginning Introduce myself to
the manager Kay William and she introduced me to the teachers and
colleagues then she took me to Miss Najlaa class to observe her. I met Miss
Kay, Miss Najlaa, Miss Jay, miss Alia and some teachers. I didnt found any
problems to get materials for my portfolio; they gave me the calendar, class
timetable, class list names, vision and mission for the school. I surprised with
the children action with the factor of modern school and the way that been
affected on children. In this stage I cannot found any things that make me to
be shocked. The thing that delighted me was when children's finishing there
eats they cleaning up their place together. I learn how to organize the class
and what should I do to keep the children quite to lesson to the teacher.

They never absent in this week.
2. What kind of learning tasks place and why is it considered important?
Reading tasks place, because this is the most place that the
students learn more in it.

She needs to make the lesson easy to understand for the students
and good explanation for different levels.
4. What special equipment/facilities/resources are needed?
She needs more materials for Science experiment.

They enjoy when they create the patterns.

No.

4. What did you enjoy about the lesson?
Because I love math I has enjoyable in this class with activities and
helping the students.

5. What worked well and why?
All of them were worked well, because they love their teacher and
they listen to her.
6. What useful tips and strategies did you observe?
Encouragements strategy for example, if they achieve the 3 goals they
will get 5 marbles on their box and their box be full then they will have
party.
7. What strategies does the teacher use to manage the children and why?
1- To manage their move, the teacher claps 6 times and the girls
repeat it.
2- To manage their misbehavior, the teacher punishing them.
3- To encourage them, the teacher gives them gifts.
8. Are there any children in the class with difficult or unusual behavior? How does
the teacher deal with these children?
For overall, No.
9. Overall, is the teacher more negative or positive when dealing with management
issues? Why do you think that?
The teacher is more positive when dealing with management issues,
because deal with kind behavior not shouting and getting angry.

What have you noticed about this learner from your observation?
I observed that Mariam is a clever and smart girl.
Why do you think this child exceeds expectations?
Because she is smart, like to study, apply what she studied at home,
her teacher encouragement and her mothers helps.
What interested or surprised you?
I interested with her active, motivate and how she organizes girl.
What did you learn?
I learn that I should help smarts girls to be clever and gives them a lot
of things to develop their brain.
What is the best way to work with this child?
The best way to work with Mariam is to gives her instructors for
everything to do.
Did the teacher use some good teaching strategies with this child?
Yes, the teacher gives her high level sheets and activities.
Does the child have trouble focusing?

Her mother helps to study and review at home.
