ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

1. For the arrival and departure plan, the Promoter should ensure that :
A. Artists shall have an secured route with at least ten (10) security guards;
B. Artists path at the airport shall be discussed with the Tour Manager in prior to both arrival and
departure.

2. A map of the airport shall be provided to the Tour Manager by the Promoter.
(Exit of Plane Immigration Exit Gate)

3. The Promoter shall make an arrangement that the Tour Manager to go inside the airport with the
Promoter rep/coordinator when pick up the Artiste & Entourage. If a VIP passage is unavailable, the
Promoter must designate a predetermined secure path with a reasonable number of security personnel in
order to ensure the safety of the Artiste. These arrangements must be approved by the Tour Manager
prior to the Artistes arrival.

4. The Promoter shall not make the Artists to wait for their car to come. The Artists shall get on their vehicles
immediately as the Artists pass the immigration process.

5. The Promoter shall provide at least five (5) local coordinators who are fluent in English and local
language or Korean and local language. Local Coordinators should accompany each Party from arrival to
departure. Information about each Party is as follows :

Local coordinators must be assigned as followng :
- 2 (Two) coordinators: Artists & Entourage (A-1, A-2 Party)
- 1 (One) coordinator: Dancers and YG Staff (A-3 Party)
- 1 (One) coordinator: Style team including hair & make-up (A-4 Party)
- 1 (One) coordinator: Production Staffs/Crew (C Party)

If the coordinator is not bilingual, a translator must be assigned to the group.

6. The coordinators shall greet and lead the remainder of A Party as well as C Party. Ideally, these persons
should greet the group from at the point of arrival and assist with them if any problems that may occur at
the immigration.

7. The Promoter shall provide at least five (5) local security guards who should stand by the Artists from
arrival to departure during the stay. These local security guards are required to have their own vehicle.

8. Local coordinators should be in charge of on-site transportation for the Tour Group. Please send the
coordinators contact information to the Tour Manager so that she can advance details regarding the
groups transportation. All coordinators will directly work with the Tour Manager and the Production
Manager.

SPECIAL NOTE: EXCEPT FOR THE ARTISTS, REST OF THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE THEIR
ASSIGNED COORDINATORS TO HELP WITH THEIR BAGGAGES AT THE AIRPORT FROM ARRIVAL
TO DEPARTURE.

SPEICAL NOTE: IF SECURITY GUARDS FROM THE TOUR GROUP ARE NOT COMING, THE
PROMOTER SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF THE ARTISTS.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Specifically requested vehicles must be pre-approved by the Tour Manager. All requests (vehicle) must
also be made with photos and the model number and year. If a specific model is not available, please
discuss alternatives with the Tour Manager (with photos).

2. Each Tour Groups vehicle will have designated signs posted on the front, back, and side windows by the
Promoter. The Tour Manager will provide designs beforehand so that the transportation coordinators can
print them on A4 size papers. No other type of signs will be allowed and no signs will be used for Artiste &
Entourage vehicles and Artiste Personal Security vehicle(s).

3. Number of vehicles for Airport Hotel transfers is subject to change per flight itineraries. Please prepare
a runner van(s) for individual arrivals and departures.

4. All drivers should be fluent in English and the local language (or Korean and local language) and please
let the Tour Manager know if it is impossible to have English speaking drivers. All drivers must leave their
phone on silent mode while in the car.
Unless urgent, all drivers must not talk on the phone while driving and should not turn on the radio unless
requested by the passenger. All drivers should not talk to the Artiste unless talked to first.

5. All drivers must be aware of the exact route to destinations where they will take the passengers to, i.e.
airporthotel, hotelvenue, location of loading dock/ staff entrance at the hotel and venue etc. If the
drivers are not familiar with the route, transportation coordinators MUST do driver rehearsal with the
drivers prior to the Tour Groups arrival.

6. The Tour Manager will advise call times. After arrival of the group, the following days call times will be
decided the night before. All vehicles must not be released without the Tour Groups confirmation.


TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS
1. A Party
A-1. Artists
BEST OPTION: 2 x Cadillac Escalade ESV or its equivalent 7~8 passenger luxury van
If above vehicles are not available : 2 x Luxury Sedan (i.e. Mercedes Benz 500 class or higher, or its
equivalent luxury sedan)

* SPECIAL NOTE :
- ARTISTS VEHICLES MUST BE BLACK WITH DARK TINTED WINDOWS.

- PLEASE PLACE A BOX OF KLEENEX, SMALL WET WIPES & 4 SMALL BOTTLES OF WATER
(FIJI OR VOLVIC) AT ALL TIMES. WATER BOTTLE SHALL BE REPLENISHED AFTER USED.

A-2. Entourage
- 1 x 7-8 passenger mini-van

A-3. Dancers & YG Staff
- 1 x 20-24 passenger bus
- 1 x luggage van

For Tour Director
- 1 x 7-8 passenger mini-van

A-4. Stylists, Hair & Make-Up Artists with Artists Wardrobe
- 1 x 12 mini bus or van
- 1 x luggage van

* SPECIAL NOTE :
About 15 large wardrobe bags will be loaded in and out and will therefore require a luggage vehicle for
load-in and load-out.

2. C Party
Production Staffs/Crew
[Airport Hotel]
- 1 x 20-24 passenger bus
- 1 x Luggage van

[Hotel Venue]
- 2 x 12~15 passenger vans
- When the venue is 5 minute walking distance from the hotel, C Party will only need 1 x 12~15
passenger vans. (Plus luggage vehicle at load-in and load-out.)

[Hotel Airport]
- 1 x 40~45 passenger bus
- 1 x Luggage van


Translator

1. A Party
- 1 Bilingual Translator (Korean and local language or Korean and English) for the Tour Director.
- If the coordinator is not bilingual, a translator must be assigned to the group, as the number
designated in the clause #5 of ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE in this rider.


LOCAL PHONE

1. The Promoter shall provide five (5) local mobile phones with appropriate chargers for use by Tour Group
from the groups arrival to departure. A contact sheet of the Tour Groups mobiles and the Promoter rep
personnels contact no. should be provided with the phones as well as all the contacts on the contact
sheet must be saved on the phones in advance before they are distributed.

Expensive smart phones are not necessary; mobile phones that can make local calls and receiving
incoming calls are preferred. Though international calls will not be made using the provided mobile
phones, please provide the phones with enough minutes to last the entirety of the groups stay.

2. Local phones should be provided to the Tour Manager on her arrival, and the phones will be distributed to
the following members :

A Party (2)
- Tour Managers (2)

C Party (3)
- Assistant Tour Director (1)
- Production Manager (1)
- Stage Manager (1)

HOTEL ACCOMODATION
PRE-REGISTRATION

1. The group must be registered as the WT GROUP. The Artistes real name or the Artistes stage name
must not be shown on the hotels booking system and Artiste suite must be registered under their alias
name, as advised by the Tour Manager.

2. The Promoter shall send the hotels floor plans in order to the Tour Manager to assign rooms for the
Artiste & entourage or the whole A Party. No arbitrary room assignments are allowed. The choice of
hotels and selection of Artiste suite must be agreed with the Tour Manager in advance.

3. The hotel manager or the local hotel coordinator must send a hotel computer generated rooming list to
the Tour Manager showing guest names, arrival/departure dates and room types at least 7 days prior to
the groups arrival. The name of the group and alias name of the Artiste must not be released to anyone
under any circumstance.

4. Draft of rooming list for the Group will be given prior to Hotel reservations. No hotel generated rooming list
to be distributed to the Tour Group and the hotel must use the print version of the rooming list sent and
finalized by the Tour Manager.

5. Hotel Rating Information
A Party : 5 star rating (i.e. W, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, Marriott, InterContinental, etc.)
C Party : 4 star rating at least.
*SPECIAL NOTE :
- IT IS PREFERRED THAT EVERY STAFF STAYS AT THE SAME HOTEL.
- IT IS IMPORTANT THAT A PARTYS HOTEL HAS A FITNESS CENTER.
- HOTELS TO BE LOCATED WITHIN LESS THAN 30 MIN DRIVING DISTANCE FROM THE
VENUE.
- C Partys hotel should be preferably within 5 min walking distance from the venue. Please inform
the Tour Manager if there are no suitable hotels adjacent to the venue.
- Please select the hotel near various restaurants and convenience store.
- It is important that the hotel staff (especially front desk, reception desk and room service staff)
should be fluent in English.

6. Number of Rooms :
A Party:
Four (4) one bedroom suites with a view and club benefits for the Artist
Seven (7) single bedrooms
Ten (10) twin bedrooms for staffs
* One of the king singles to be higher grade than standard single. (for Tour Director)

C Party:
Fourteen (14) single bedrooms
Three (3) twin bedrooms

- PLEASE REFER TO THE ORIGINAL ROOMING LIST THAT WE PROVIDE; SMOKING STATUS
IS FILLED IN.

- NO KING SINGLE BED FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY OR TWIN BEDS FOR SINGLE
OCCUPANCY WILL BE ACCEPTED.

7. We understand most hotels cancellation deadline is 24 hours prior to check-in and we will notify you prior
to the cancellation deadline if any change occurs.)

SPECIAL NOTE: INFORMATION ABOUT ALL ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE AND THE STAY SHALL NOT BE
DISCLOSED.

CHECK-IN

1. Hotel coordinators from the Promoter shall stand-by at the Hotel at the arrival of Tour Group members to
help with their check-in process.

2. All rooms must be located in a quiet area of the hotel away from noisy roads or railroads. Please block
the entire floor(s) for the group. The group rooms especially Artiste & Entourages- must be located on
the same floor and as close to each other as possible. However, do not allocate smoking guests on non-
smoking floor to accommodate the group as close as possible without the Tour Managers confirmation.

3. All guest rooms must be preregistered. Please place the keys in letter-sized envelopes and provide two
keys for each room. The envelopes should have names and room numbers typed or clearly printed on the
outside of the envelopes. Please bring the key packages to the airport and hand them to each
partys leader so that they can be distributed in the vehicle(s) on their way to the hotel.

4. Please provide 2 extra keys to 4 Artists suites apart from 2 keys for each room. The keys shall be
provided to the Tour Manager.

5. If a hotel room key has a limited access to reach other floors, all Tour Group members keys shall be able
to have access to the floors where the Group is staying.

6. Please provide at least four (4) luggage carts to assist with luggage upon Arrival or Departure of Hotel.

7. All rooms must be provided with complimentary internet (wired or wireless), two (2) foreign adaptors shall
be furnished in every room, if the Hotel does not use 220 voltages for power, and at least two (2) 500ml
bottles of complimentary water on a daily basis. (Two bottles of water for single rooms and four bottles for
twin rooms). Please ask the hotel to place an extension cord with at least 4 electric outlets in the Tour
Managers room and she will need a spacious working desk.

8. Please place the items below in each of the 5 Artist suites ahead of their arrival. These amenities should
be checked and replaced daily, and all perishable items should be replenished. Silverware in the suites
should also be washed and replaced every day.

One (1) Electric kettle
One (1) Large bottle of Fiji or Volvic water (Room Temp) w/ complimentary signs
Two (2) Small bottles of Fiji or Volvic water (Iced) w/ complimentary signs
(*NO Evian Please)
Two (2) Scented/jarred candles (e.g. Yankee Candle) and a matchbox or candle lighter
Place one in bedroom and the other in living room
One (1) Fruit bowl (w/ bananas, apples, oranges, cherries, seedless grapes etc.)
Two (2) China plates and silverware cutlery (*NO plastic is allowed)
Three (3) Boxes of Kleenex facial tissue
One (1) Box of wet wipes
One (1) Small bottle of air freshener

9. Complimentary breakfast must be provided to all Tour Group members.

10. Please empty mini bars of all guest rooms, except for the 4 Artists suites.

11. The Artiste suites (4) and Tour Director room will require daily allowance to cover any kinds of incidentals,
including room service food, beverage and alcohol drinks, mini bar, bills from restaurants in hotel property
to their rooms, in-room massage service etc. from arrival until departure. The promoter shall cover the
allowance and daily total amount for the 5 rooms to be $500 (do not set $100 allowance per room per
day) including check-in and check-out date.

Ex : Check-in : 4/1, Check-out : 4/3 -> 3 days x $500 = $1,500 (total allowance for 5 rooms for the whole
staying)
*Any excess charges above the allowance will be paid by the Artists Manager.

- Rest of the Group members: NO incidentals. Rest of the Group members has to pay for the room

service immediately or put their credit card to guarantee personal incidentals for their own.

12. If the Tour Group requests any early arrivals or late departures, the Promoter should use their best efforts
to accommodate these requests. If at any time there is a foreseeable problem accommodating any of
requests, the Promoter shall inform the Tour Manager immediately.

13. The Artiste will request in-room massage service at any time, please inform the Tour Manager about the
hotel spa/massage service hours in advance. If the hotel massage service finishes early at night, the
Artiste may request call a massage therapist from outside so please be prepared with local spa/massage
service information.

* The promoter should be aware of hospitals that has 24 hour ER in case of emergency and acupuncture
clinics , both near by the hotel and the venue.


HOTEL SECURITY

1. Artists must have their own secured route within Hotel, separated from the general routes. (i.e. freight
elevator).
It is important that the Artiste should be allowed to use the service elevator/ hotels staff entrance or an
alternative private entrance at the hotel for privacy. This will be discussed in detail with the Tour Manager
at an earlier time. The Tour Manager will need to meet with the hotel manager/security manager and head
of local security personnel prior to the Artistes arrival. The Tour Manager will visit each city at least one or
two days prior to the Artistes arrival.

2. The Groups privacy should be respected during their stay at the hotel.

3. For the 4 Artists suites, only room-to-room calls are allowed and all other incoming calls from house
phones or non-Tour Group rooms or outside lines must be blocked. If the hotel system is unable to open
room to room calls between designated rooms only, the Artiste suite should be on DND and all incoming
calls should be blocked. Please discuss details with the Tour Manager.

4. A secure parking area will be needed for the groups vehicles at the hotel. Parking for the groups vehicles
must take priority over all other groups staying at the hotel.

5. The Promoter shall provide at least 2 local security personnel to stand constant guard for 24/7 over the
floor where the Artiste suites are located. No of local security personnel will be decided after the Tour
Manager has reviewed the hotels floor plan with locations of exits.


CHECK-OUT

1. This group does not need an express check-out at the hotel.

2. Each individual of the group will settle their incidentals upon check-out. Incidentals for the Artiste suite will
be settled by the Promoter and the Tour Manager. Please have the front desk staff to deliver the Artists &
Artist Managers bill statements to the Tour Manager on the check-out day.

3. LATE CHECK-OUT : In case of flights at night, the Promoter should talk to the Hotel to make sure an
extra stay of the Tour Group members.

* In case of late flight (late afternoon or evening) schedule and late check-out, the promoter shall offer the
late-check out to the following rooms :

- A Party : Nine (9) rooms needed for late check-out (including 4 Artists suites and Tour Directors room)
- C Party : Three (3) rooms needed for late check-out

4. Telephone charges must show the telephone number dialed.

SPECIAL NOTE: FOR ANY ITEMS IN LOST AND FOUND PLEASE CONTACT TOUR MANAGER.

SPECIAL NOTE: THE PROMOTER SHALL BOOK LAUNDARY SHOPS. A PARTY WILL NEED FLUFF &
FOLD (LAUNDRY/WASHER & DRYPER) AND ALSO DRY CLEANING SERVICE. C PARTY WILL ONLY
NEED A FLUFF & FOLD SERVICE. PLEASE INFORM TOUR MANAGER & BACKSTAGE MANAGER
ON THE LAUNDRY SHOP'S AVAILABLE SERVICE HOURS PRIOR TO THE GROUP'S ARRIVAL.




PER DIEM

1. During the stay, the Promoter shall pay for each meal Per Diem of $20 USD per person for the days when
the Promoter is not able to serve the meal at the designated catering area normally travelling days or
when there is no meal to be served at the Venue.

2. The first Per Diem should be provided to the Tour Group members on their way to Hotel from the Airport
in letter-sized envelopes.
