REQUIRING YOUR LAWFUL ANSWERS FOR A MEETING OF THE MINDS
BEFORE FURTHER CONTINUANCE OF PROCEEDINGS

Greetings Mr Andrew Paul Bartle, Mr Colin George Storrar, Mr Dominic Patrick Briggs, Mr Gary James Edwards,
Mr James John Cornell, Mr Richard Llewellyn Davies and Mrs Sara Louise Leckenby:

On last alleged Saturday, Twenty-first day of the month of June of this current year C.E., one envelope was found
abandoned upon my return at Canterbury, which as before, I have no other alternative than to repudiate, refuse
and surrender back onto you so that the totality of the implied and not explicitly stated liability, is
returned to you.

As Ive said to Bryan Frank Carter and/or Mr Ian Kenneth Marsden, the same applies to you and them. Before
we can discuss any questions of alleged debts, a few things must be clarified, in accordance with the first law
decreed in this court of record; we cannot operate on assumptions and presumptions, but only facts.

I am a mere

and in this court of record, which is to proceed according to pure common law,

a simple Yes, or No answer to the following three questions within (10) ten standard days:

1. Do you as the men and woman you truly are, accept complete responsibility and liability for all your
actions and omissions as I do? And,

2. Can you confirm you will hold me harmless throughout this lawful process as I will hold you until such time
as either one of us is proven to be guilty of something for which of course appropriate accountability must be
accepted? And last but not least,

3. Can you confirm you will provide the lawful responses required of you to any further lawful questions I will
present to you once you've answered to the above?

At this meeting of the minds early stage there really isnt a claim I wish to make, but in the absence of a timely
lawful response, a default No answer shall apply to each of the above three questions, for in accordance with
the second law decreed in this court of record; what is expressed by a response, or deliberate avoidance of a
response renders silent that which is implied, assumed, or presumed.

Needless to say a non-response would
be most damning for your complaint although at this stage this author still trusts that you ought to be able, willing
and competent to lawfully respond to all lawful questions and inquiries.
