Defect fix: Automatic Captcha entry was showing blank page. Fixed.
Users need to use their own Catpcha credentials in this release. Check Settings -> Connection ->
Captcha Settings.
Added a Refresh button on Browser. Clicking it will refresh the charts area.
Removed restrictions on Matches in Scanner tab. You can same match, same category, same
number of tickets multiple times. This will help in adding to cart those tickets that come and go
right away but show up again in a few seconds/minutes. You can add as many duplicates as you
want in scanner but app will only retry 5 times.
Defect fix: If updating All Tickets tab fails for some reason, Update button was not getting
enabled. Fixed.

Defect fix: blank page displayed after logging in. Fixed.

Added option to browse to tickets page manually. This is the recommended option now to avoid
facing blank page issue in future.
Implemented functonality to beat new Captcha.
Added proxy configuration in settings dialog.
Added options to save match settings and load saved settings. This will help in switching
between match settings as required. You can also load saved settings anytime now. This feature
can be used to preserve match settings when an app update is released.

Defect fix: Fixed captcha issue

Defect fix: Fixed "split" issue after captcha entry. There is a timer called "PreSell Click" in
settings. If you still see this error increase this value and test.

Recommended way to use the app

1. Run the app! (duh)
2. Go to Browser tab and login to FIFA site manually. Browse to tickets page. Make sure you click
on Show availability button. You can then start scanning for tickets.
3. Configure email settings (and test them to make sure they are working).
4. Add matches you want to scan in the scanner - either from "All Tickets" tab or by using the drop
downs on "Scanner tab".
5. Click on "Save" so your match preferences are saved.
6. Start scanning!
If you are using an account that doesn't have any previous ticket requests FIFA will show you the
agreement page. If that's the case, change the "Show Products" timer value in settings to 3, or more and
test:

Scanner logic
You can add same match in the scanner with different 'category' and 'quantity' combination. The
sequence in which these are ordered in your scanning list matters. If you want to buy any number of
available tickets for match 01 for category 3, you should add following four rows:

If 4 or more become available, scanner will add 4. If 3, it will try to add 3 and so on.
You can drag the rows around to get the sequence according to your preference. Don't forget to save!
So, if you want to buy any number of tickets for any category (1, 2, or 3), you need to add 12 rows. I
know it can be time consuming but I didn't get a chance to work on wildcard search. Maybe if people ask
me to do it I will.

Retries
You can add same match again in scanner tab and set all entries to Add to Cart. App will try to add
tickets to cart as many times with a limit of 5. You can play with Buy Another timer value to
increase/decrease the frequency of retries. For example, if your scanning tab looks like this:

As soon as tickets become available, app will try to add them as many as 5 times (although there are 8
entries). If a ticket is actually added to cart, let the app continue and finish all retries. Then you can go
ahead and proceed with payment.

Proxy settings
Proxy settings impact scanning and all tickets tab. Browser tab uses Internet Explorer settings. So if the
browser tab is able to login properly but you are getting error while scanning or updating ticket charts
its most probably because your proxy settings aren't correct.

To update proxy settings

1. Open settings.
2. Go to Connection tab.
3. Set Proxy settings. Thats it!

Capcha settings
Captcha solving in the app is being done using a third party service. Captcha is sent to the solving service
and the service responds back with decoded captcha text. The success rate is around 94%. Please note
there is a lag of around 5-15 seconds for solving captcha. If you are near your machine when captcha
dialog is displayed you can enter the captcha yourself and proceed to buying tickets.

Captcha protocol
1. Use the recommended socket option. Please make sure outgoing port range 8123-8130 is not
blocked on your firewall. If you are behind a proxy socket option will not work. Try the http
option then after setting your proxy settings.

Captcha timeout
1. Set captcha timeout value as required. Setting a smaller captcha timeout does not mean captcha
will be solved quickly. Set it to bigger value (greater than 15 seconds) to make sure captcha does
get solved if you are not around to input it yourself.

Logging and Tracking

The application logs messages in the scanner only while it's running (as highlighted below). Logs are not
saved nor are they sent anywhere. What you do with the app is your own business!

Manual Refresh
You can use the button to manually refresh Ticket charts on tickets page instead of waiting for the timer.
You can also use Alt+r shortcut to refresh.

Use following URLs alternatively as preferred:

Force add to cart

You can try forcing adding tickets to cart even if they dont show as available. This may help in situations
where Tickets availability doesnt update but you want to try adding tickets to cart. Especially useful if
you try this when tickets are normally released.
Right click on any category and select add to cart even if tickets are not available. Previously this
option was available for matches that had availability greater than 0.

Lucky Catch
Somewhat similar to Force add to cart. You can set one match in settings in format:
MatchNumber/CatNumber/NumberOfTickets.
Example: 64/3/1
This is for Match 64, Category 3, 1 ticket.
This will show in the button in Browser tab. You can click this button to force adding these tickets to cart
even if they are not available. You can try this randomly especially during those times of day when
tickets are normally released. If you get lucky and tickets were just released, you will end up adding
them to cart even if availability didnt show up on the site.

What to do when tickets are found?

This setting determines the action taken by scanner when tickets are found:
1. Inject Availability: Quicker method. Scanner will just inject or force the availability of tickets
without refreshing the tickets area in browser tab and proceed with add to cart. This saves a
roundtrip from FIFA and will result in quicker add to cart.
2. Refresh Tickets: This action will refresh the tickets area in browser tab to retrieve latest
availability from FIFA before proceeding with add to cart.
