(TEMPORARY PROHIBITIONOF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2014
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council is to make an Order under
Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily
prohibit all vehicular traffic, other than exempted vehicles, from proceeding along those lengths
of road as detailed in the Schedule below.
The order is necessary so that the Milford Haven Carnival procession and associated activities
can take place in a traffic free environment.
The restrictions will come into force on Saturday 5
th
July, 2014, and will be implemented as the Carnival
progresses. Details of the route and closure times of certain roads are contained in the Schedule.
Pedestrian access will be maintained and alternative routes provided for vehicular traffic.
The Order will have a maximum duration of 1 day.
