MP01-AP mode

Connect the devices as the following picture

Config steps:
step1
Make the MP01 work as AP mode
step2
Connect the devices like the picture above.
Step3
Select a device which has browser function such as laptop, MAC, ipad or iphone. Let
it connect
MP01 by wifi, you need to set the IP address for clients, then you could login the rout
er web page.
Take WIN7 os as an example: set the laptop IP :192.168.16.X2X253
subnet mask
255.255.255.0then clickOK.

Step4
The default is MP01without wifi security, so laptop can connect MP01 freely, the defa
ult SSID is
BL-MP01-XXXXXX. XXXXXX means the last six MAC address.

Step5
Open Web browserinput 192.168.16.254then pressEnter

Step6
Now we set the wireless parameters of MP01 to make access control, login MP01 w
eb page,then
select Advanced Setting ,clickWireless

Here you can change the SSID,recommand you to set password: clicksecurity
selectWPAPSKWPA2PSKmodeand set the password in Pass Phrase bar

8~63characaterat last click Apply

Step7
selectRebootclickRestart Router to make the settings effective.

Step8
After the restart, pls connect MP01 again
as in step6 i have changed the SSID as : BL-MP01-
A78BF8, so i select it to connect again
in the security key bar input the password which you have made in step6. At last clic
k OK

Step9
After settings, pls set the wireless connection as DHCP, refer to the following picture

How to set the mini wifi routers password under AP mode
1.Connect your devices as below:



2.Go to Start > Control Panel,you will then see the following Page.



3.Click the Network and Internet connections, it will show as below:



4.Click Network Connections,you will see:



5.Right-click Local Area Connection, click Properties.there will prompt as follows:



6.Double-
click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), you can see the default will be Obtain an IP address
automatically(DHCP), here you select the static IP. And input the IP address, such a
s:192.168.16.3
(The ip address should be in the same segment with your router.). Then click OK



7.Click OK again.



8.Open the web browser,input 192.168.16.254 in the address field and press Ente
r.
The routers web page will appear:



9.Click Advance Setting:



10.Click Wireless:



11.Clicksecurity:



12.Select the Security Mode, here we use WPA2-PSK, it will be:



13. Then select the WPA Algorithms ,here we use AES. After all the settings, you
can set your password in the
Pass Phrase bar, then click Apply. Now the wireless security setting under AP m
ode is successful.




MP01-Repeater

MP01 by wifi,it will be DHCP,so do not to set IP. If you do not know how to set IP,, th
e following
steps will help you

After login MP01 management interface, select SSID you useherei use SC-Test

Input the pass phrase of the hot pot you have connected. Then clickApply.

After about one minute, will come out the following page(if wont , pls refresh the web
page)if there is a green icon, means connection is successful.

MP01-RT mode setting guide

RT modeMP01 will be used as a router
connect it to a dsl or cable modem to PPPoE.

Setting steps:
step1
Select the work mode as RT mode.
step2
Connect the devices like the picture above. The led lights will be on.
Step3
Select a device which has browser function such as laptop, MAC, ipad or iphone. Let
it connect MP01
by wifi, as it works as RT mode, so the clients will obtain IP automatically. We take w
in7 system as an
example to set IP:

The default is MP01without wifi security, so laptop can connect MP01 freely, the defa
ult SSID is
BL-MP01-XXXXXX. XXXXXX means the last six MAC address.

Step5
Open Web browserinput 192.168.16.254then pressEnter

Step6
After login the routers management page, select the WAN connection type as PPPo
E(xDSL), then input the username and password provided by your ISP. And set the r
outers wireless
parameters, if you want to connect the internet with authentication, you need change
the wireless key,
at last click Apply to make the settings effective.waiting for about one minute
, as following:

Step7
As you have changed the routers SSID and wireless key, the PCs wireless network
connection
will disconnect, that you need to connect to the router again.
as in step6 i have changed the SSID as :
BL-MP01 A78BF8, so i select it to connect again
in the security key bar input the password which you
have made in step6. At last click OK

Then your wireless devices can access internet by wireless connection.
