Summary

Familiar with all aspects of project execution from the development of the project proposal to the
final closeout of the project. Assisted in the development, review and implementation of the
detailed project Cost and Schedule. Responsible for all aspects of cost control on the project to
include weekly cost reviews, monthly cost reporting to the division management, as well as invoice
review and approval, cost analysis for potential cost impact. In addition to these responsibilities
includes the development and implementation of the project contract to including monitoring the
contrctor to ensure that all terms and conditions contained in the contract are implemented .

Furthermore, I was assigned addition task to fully evaluate submitted pre-qoulification packages of
newly entried conctractors to be approved as satisfied contractor for Aramco futuer projects.
Evaluation includes contractor projects data profile, cash flow digram for the past 10 years and
expected cash flow over next 5 years, local material dealers, saudization plan for couple of years
ahead and compny qoulity assurance.

assigned to me as Project Engineer to carry over the responsibility of prepration for bidding process
as well as conducing Job-Explination meetig with potintial bidders. Currently, project has been
awarded and construction is in progress.
Replace Auxiliary Control System

Succeeded to return the project on the right track after facing many crises in all aspects of financial
and excution. Project has been awared successfully and contractor is progressing well.

Returned back to home department and was assigned to currey over the responcibility as Project
Engineer for (Additional pipeline for Fuel Oil from tank farm to Marin Area) and (LPG Expansion
Project at Yanbu Refinary to review fesibility staudy and to carrey all activities required for project
proposal). At the same time, two new hired engineers were assigned under me to learn to handle
the subject projects later.

Achievements:
Project was commenced on time. In addition, the two engineers were trained successfully and been
able to handle the projects as experienced engineers.
Total Refinery Shutdown

Assiged to Yanbu Refinery as lead project engineers to handle one of the critical projects related to
safety and product expansion as well, where the project package was divided into several sub-
packages to ansure excellent control during excuation. Shutdawn Packages were completed during
Total Refinery Shutdown.

Project was completed ahead of schedule and under the original budget.
Replace Office Building

Assigned to the Western Region Projects Division as Project Engineer on the, New Office Building for
Yanbu NGL. Responsible for the design review and approval, contract development, award and the
planning & execution of construction. Finalized the IFC drawings in the design office. Instrumental in
the development and implementation of a concise material tracking system which was incorporated
into the projects detailed schedule. Conducted weekly procurement & project status meetings. Also
conducted effective meetings to identify problems areas and to focus the teams efforts toward
viable solutions. Reported findings to management on a continuous basis.
