* Leading the team of 9 to 15 members.


* Complete Project Management ownership of FMS V&V Packages.
*Estimation, EV and SCR Burn down Planning, Resource Loading, execution.
*Meeting the cost and schedule plan, managing the baseline changes and risks.
*Collection, Analysis and Review of SQDCP metrics to ensure smoother execution and progression of
strategic initiatives and sharing the same with Project Engineers and partners.
*Enabling the business growth at HTS.
*Contributing the FMS AOP.
*Driving FMS V&V Strategic Deployment Process.
*Working closely with partners on Globalization strategies and identifying the actions to implement the
globalization strategies and executing the actions till they are closed.
*Completing the TRRMRR for the team, identifying the single point failures (SPF), critical skill gaps,
identifying the actions to avoid the SPFs and addressing the critical skill gaps and executing the actions
till their closure.
*Enabling the team to play Technical Leadership roles.
*Competency development strategy to strengthen System, Software and V&V skills.

Skills Requirement:

*Experience working in at least 2 projects involving V&V and structural coverage.
*Working knowledge in DO178B standard.
*Strong working experience in C++.
*Knowledge of Ada83 or Ada95 is an added advantage.
*Experience in coordinating a team of at least 10+people.
*Familiarity with Vector Case and other testing tools.
*Strong knowledge in Verification and validation methods as per DO178B.
*Grasping about the avionics domain.
*Awareness of Software development life cycle and CMM-Level 5.
*Have a strong interest and passion to work with a multi-dimensional business and are energetic and
ambitious.
*Thrive on a challenging work environment and are able to work on local or overseas assignments when
required.
*Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
*Have flair to excel in delivery commitments.
*Have flexibility to mould in multi-disciplinary culture.
*Have strong business acumen coupled with result orientation.
*Eager to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
*Have inner desire to gel in cohesive team and work for business growth.
*Should be a very good team player and experience in project management (preferably with ability in
metrics based management).
