Owner of cab company requested advise in regards involved
(J.P.) continuously speaking with, and what he called
"harassing," his drivers, while they are parked in Wells St
lot behind Juvenile Court awaiting calls. Caller reported
involved has approached him, as well as drivers, stating he
would call police for any suspected criminal activity he
observed in regards to the cabs and their operation.
I advised caller in regards to HPO's and possible court
action he could file. I also advised caller I would speak
with involved and request he not interact with his drivers
while they are working.

Today, RP spoke with Holyoke PD and advised to make a

with the PD in the town where she received the calls.

person report, and was advised to contact GPD if she

State Northampton came on the line to report an open line
where he believes he hears someone in the background and
believes someone is withholding a purse or something, will
not let her leave, and a female is crying. The male party
who called 911 heard state and I talking and states that
"it
was nothing like that". Male states he was just having a
fight between him and his girlfriend. Male party states the
girlfriend had taken a pendant off his necklace and his
phone, then he through her purse. I could hear the female
in
the background - she just wanted to leave. I asked the male

Narrative:
Report of fireworks being set off in the area. RP believes
the people setting the fireworks off are walking on Chapman
St away from the Downtown area.

Narrative:
RP called back saying that her and her husband decided to
walk down the street and follow the subjects. RP described
the subjects as a "father and son" - father is bold wearing
a white shirt, and son appears to be 9-10 years old with
short hair wearing a blue shirt. RP states that the father
had threatened to kick her husband's butt, and I could hear
the husband in the background making threats of his own. I
confirmed that the RP was away from the subject and walking
back home. RP states the subjects were last seen walking on
Chapman St from Arch Pl.

Narrative:
approached multiple times by the male RP who states that he
observed a w/m with an 8 or 9 year old boy walking down the
sidewalk throwing firecrackers. rp confronted the male and
asked him to stop where he was then told by the w/m that he
would "kick your ass" and "you have no balls". rp believed
this to be inappropriate to be said in front of the child.
unable to locate the male and child. rp last saw the male
on
Chapman St in the area of Arch St.

RP states that "someone needs to get here quick" - Her
husband is paranoid, has schizophernia, and has a knife. RP
