A Blueprint for Success

You can activate success in your life if you believe that you deserve it. This is the basic
law of success that man often forgets or does not incline to believe.
Authors of self-help books tell their readers that to achieve success in life one has to set
the stage of success in motion; to see it in their minds eye. According to them!
visuali"ation has the power to transform an idea into its physical counterpart. #t may be
true. $owever! most people do not have problems visuali"ing a desired effect. %hat
they struggle from mostly is the lack of faith that &ust like everyone else! they too have
the potential to ac'uire success whatever their station in life is.
Tell a man down to his last penny that his fortune will come around and he will achieve
almost anything he has hoped for! and more likely he would ask you the last time you had
an appointment with your psychiatrist. You can tell a man to dream! but unless he is
fully convinced that his dream can happen! nothing will ever come out of it. #t would
simply remain as wishful thinking.
$ow does one activate his success potential( $ow does a person overcome his limiting
thoughts about himself and emerge victorious over the claws of his past defeats( $ere
are tips from those whose lives have been fully transformed from failure to success when
they started to believe without 'uestion that it is their birthright! as everyone elses! to
succeed in whatever they have set their minds to.

,. Eliminate your Fears. Ask yourself what you can possibly accomplish if you
have not known fear. *upplant every doubt in your mind with a positive thought.
-aith! as well as fear! is formed by habit.
.. Define your own success. /o not subscribe to somebody elses concept of what
success is. 0now what you want before you set out to accomplish anything.
1. Empty the Barrel. 2valuate your past programming. %hat set of attitudes!
beliefs and values have you nurtured through the years( 3erify if these have
helped you in accomplishing some of your goals. /o not be afraid of change.
4. The Law of Give and Take. #f you want to achieve something! be willing to
pay the price. 5o mountain climber has climbed the highest peak by &ust looking
up. %hen you want to reach the top! be ready to scale the heights.
6. Sinularity of !urpose. Again! define what you want. 7nless you have a clear
mental picture of the goals you want to accomplish! you would not find the way to
get to them. *ome people used up their energy pursuing things of lesser
significance to their sense of fulfillment and wondered why they werent happy.
8. Act "ow. 5othing is ever accomplished by &ust making grand and elaborate
plans; in fact! over-planning stifles great achievements. #f you want to
accomplish something! act on your plans. 9nly action gives life to an idea. As
5ike puts it+ :ust do it.
