a thorough survey and analysis of your energy
usage; procures, installs and commissions
equipment; and offers a 24/7 remote monitoring
service that will alert appropriate personnel or any

Energy Monitoring and Analysis are key to

how much energy is used when and where.

Automatic or semi-automatic collection of energy
data, monthly reports compared to targets and
forecasts provide regular recommendations for

Benchmarking
Benchmarking is key to understand a buildings
energy performance relative to industry and
customers standards and to identify which buildings
to prioritize investigation and investments on.
This may be performed during the analysis phase
of an energy project or performed at regular
intervals as a service. This allows customer
to plan capital improvements. The process can
be automated by adding Energy Monitoring and
Analysis Services.

EE Coaching includes On-site training, coaching,
change management.
Energy & Technical Alarms management
The service provides continuous and secure alarm
monitoring of all building systems connected to the
monitoring system. Alarms are monitored 24 hours
a day, seven days a week throughout the year.
Alarms may be HVAC, Security or Fire alarm related.
Alarm Monitoring is implemented and designed by
agreement for various levels of response to meet
particular requirements.
All actions are logged and reports related to events,
recommendations and corrective actions are
communicated regularly by fax, e-mail or the Internet.
This service can be combined with Remote
Assistance to undertake remote connection via

modem or broadband in order
to take a corrective action.
