engineered components that serve the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Oilfield, and Petro-Chemical industries.
Currently serve as a strategic partner to the Semiconductor/Solar GM and leadership team for the ~$100M global
Semiconductor/Solar business. Develop, organize and execute all HR strategies for approximately 300 employees
located in the US, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Germany. A hands-on leader that ensures HR strategy supports cross-
