summer training in the TRANSFER AND PROMOTION of the "Bihar
State Power Holding Company Ltd." Patna. While writing and

MY EXPERIENCE

It was a great learning experience doing this project. It helped me in
gaining confidence and to know more about personnel department. I
did my training in Bihar State Power Holding Company Ltd., Patna.
It was knowledgeable experience meeting people in the organization
and interacting with them. I would like to thank my mentor who
guided me throughout the project. I would also thank my institute
L.N. MISHRA for assigning me this project to help me utilizing
vacation. Department faculty also helped me throughout. Atlast, I
would give a heartiest thank to my friend and family for their untiring
support.
