We are sure your life story, since the time we went our separate ways, is of interest to the other batchmates. That is why it would be
very useful if you can describe it by filling up the enclosed template. Please do not be unnecessarily modest while creating this
document. We, the batchmates, will be proud of your achievements, small or big. Do not feel constrained by the technicalities and/or
interpretation of the terms used in the template. For example, do not worry too much if your achievement is really special or not, do
go ahead and put it under Special Achievements regardless! Important thing is to provide as much information as possible.
Remember, more the information you give, more will be the chances of developing contacts and a network that can be mutually
beneficial for furthering business, post-retirement occupation, hobbies, social networking, matrimonial alliances etc. etc.! So, do find
some time and put in the required effort for your sake and for the sake of your batchmates.
